THIRD PERSON POV

Ever since the day Taehyung encountered Jungkook and his friends, he has been being bullied. The thing the pink-haired and mint-haired boy, who apparently turned out to be Namjoon and Yoongi, Jungkook's best friends, said was actually true. Now, it all looked like a game. They'd beat the shit out of Taehyung, everyday. They even went to this limit that they locked Taehyung in the janitor's closet, in the bathroom, and where not. They played funny pranks on him, well not funny for Taehyung though. Like this once, when he was about to exit the washroom, when he just opened the door, he was whipped with cream all over his body and was sprayed with flour and feather from the top. He looked like a chicken. And the worse of all, all the students were waiting outside the bathroom, as if they knew the plan beforehand and were anticipating it. And this once when they hung a piece of paper with "I admit I am a nerd" written, in his bag, which Taehyung was oblivious of and had spent the whole day with the paper tagged in his bag. No wonder he had been getting creepy stares from all the people in high school, even Mr. Garrick, that day. But Taehyung bore it all, he tolerated all the physical assaults, all the not-so-funny pranks played on him, in top of that,all alone, he never mentioned his sufferings to his best friends or his family, not even once. He hated the jocks who were bullying him and most especially the GUKI guy (sorry Jungkook keke) , but never spoke a word about it to anyone. And when he'd get beaten he'd say "Is that all you got? I've been through worse."

On the other hand, Yoongi and Namjoon were getting frustrated day by day. All the tricks they had played on him, all the beatings they had made, were of no use. "Jungkook-ah that Taehyung is a fearless piece of nerd. He doesn't get affected by anything we do.", Yoongi said, giving up. "I don't think I have any plans left in my mind now.", Namjoon added. "No hyung!! We have to come up with something, something that will tear him apart. Something that will trigger his emotions."

So as per the plan, they initiated it the next day.

Taehyung was immensely shocked, a whole day had passed and he had not seen his bullies around not even once. Well, that was a relief. As soon as the last bell rang signalling the day's end, he made his way out the class. He was happy, a whole day not having to see them brought great feelings of joy to him. But as he made his way out of the class, everyone was in the corridor, like they had been waiting for him. When he put a step in the corridor, everyone stepped aside, as if creating a path for him to pass in the middle. Awkwardly, Taehyung started walking and once he did, all the students in the corridor started screaming "TAEHYUNG IS A NERD!! TAEHYUNG IS A NERD!!", "LOSER", "LOOK AT YOURSELF", "AKA DISGUSTING". Literally ,everyone in the school were shouting, except his two best friends who were standing at the end of the hallway, looking down. Taehyung was hurt, but he subsided his feelings and made his way towards his best friends, 'at least they are there to support me', he thought. 

"Hey guys", he shouted as he approached the two, standing with their heads hung low. "Never talk to me you nerd.", Jimin said and left the boy. "Yeah you disgust us!!",Hoseok added and left too. Taehyung was now extremely hurt. He had never expected such reactions from his best friends. He thought they'd be there to calm him down and say that the students criticizing them were just hypocrites. But look at that, even his best friends were now criticizing him. A tear slowly fell from his eyes and another and another and another. He was crying his eyes out now, in front of thousands of students who were still rebuking at him "Look at that: Kim Taehyung is crying", "LOSER". 

and in the midst:

"STOP!", a voice overpowered all the voices of the students.It was Jungkook. "I said stop!!! Why are you guys taking advantage of this guy, he has not done anything wrong to you. And you all are being typical hypocrites. What do you know about him to criticize him. Everybody leave", Jungkook shouted, with rage in his voice, astonishing everybody in the hallway, even Namjoon, Yoongi and Jin had their mouths agape out of pure shock. 

And then, the students started dispersing giving off comments like "Look at Jungkook he's so cute.", "He protected the nerd. That was so generous of him.", "That is why he is my role model."

The hallway was totally evacuated, only the two boys were in sight now. Jungkook was happy for what he had done, and was at least expecting a thank you from the other boy. With great expectations he turned to Taehyung, only to be met with Taehyung's dark eyes and a smirk. "Well wow.. there you go saving the day. What do you expect me to say, a thank you? , well THANK YOU GUKI!! I am sure you were behind this too. Making the whole plan and at the end of the day coming out to save me so that you can just get new followers in the high school. That just proves how much of a egocentric person you are. I salute you "MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR", Taehyung said, loads of sarcasm present in his voice, and left the hall not giving a second glance to Jungkook who was now standing at the center of the hallway utterly shocked.
