Graysons Surprise

Bre and Grayson's Date-
Bres POV-
I can tell Grayson knows I'm super overwhelmed with everything right now. I feel like I have an elephant on my chess and 10 thousand knives in my back. I know it's been a long time sense Rebecca and everyone left me in the middle of the street but it still feels like yesterday. The pain still is settling inside and it's hard to take in. It's a huge pill I don't want to swallow. These are people I grew up with and spent most of my days at their houses. These are people I loved. They stabbed me in my back when I turned around over something that wasn't even true. It was all over a big misunderstanding. I have always felt there was something else to go along with the picture they painted but I still couldn't put my finger on it. Thinking about it really didn't help my situation, it added more and more stress that I really didn't need. All I'm trying to do is live my dream and build a career for myself. I'm not bothering anyone. I just don't know what I did to deserve this.

Grayson's POV-
It's killing me inside seeing Bre like this. I know she is really hurt by all her old friends. They did her wrong and I don't know why. Bre is the kindest person I have ever met. You'll smile at your darkest times around her and laugh all the time. Seeing her worry and stress like she is right now is honestly the most difficult thing to watch. I want to see her at her highest and happiest. I know all of us on tour wont help the situation either but we need to leave everything on a happy note so they build enough confidence in themselves. I'm gonna try my best to take her mind off of all this nonsense because she doesn't need this right now. I need to distract her but in a good way. I think I have a nifty idea.

After Trin and Ethan left I decided to take Bre to a quiet roof top. Me and Ethan go there a lot to talk and think about things. It's relaxing and if feels like no one is watching you 24/7. It's a relief in a big way.

I pulled up next to the ladder and parked the car.
"Gray where are we?" Bre asked. "It's a surprise" I said. I got out the car and walked to Bres door and opened it. I grabbed her hand and helped her out the car. "Gray, you know I don't like surprises" Bre said. "It's not" I chuckled. "Why do I have a funny feeling about this" Bre said closing the car door. "There's nothing to worry about." I said kissing her on her forehead. She smiled. It was brighter than the moon, it really made me tingle inside. I locked the car and I lead her to the ladder. "Gray...." Bre said in curiosity. "Just climb it" I said. "Okay..." She said climbing the ladder. I was right behind her.
After Bre climbed the ladder and reached the top her jaw completely dropped. We had gotten to the top of the roof right at sunset. It was a great view.
"Grayson! This is beautiful." Bre said running up to me and hugging me. I chuckled. "Babe, you didn't have to do this." She said smiling. "I knew you had to take your mind off things so what better place to go?" I said. "Grayson this is so stunning" she said. I walked over to the corner and reached into a box that me and Ethan placed a while back. It had a blanket in it. I went and grabbed the blanket and placed it in the middle of the roof top. I walked over to Bre and grabbed her hand. "Babe..." She said. "Come on, sit down." I said to her. "Okay." she said sitting down. I sat next to her and put my arm around her. "I know your stressed babe and I'm tired of seeing you so defeated inside" I said. "It's just hard. All I ever did was love them. They were my best friends." She said. "I know." I said. " I just wonder sometimes where did everything go so down hill. What did I do?" She said starting to tear up. I placed her head into my chest. She rapped her arms around me tight. "I'm sorry you have to go through this baby." I said rubbing her back. "I wish there was something just to take my mind off of everything and make it some what less stressful." She said. That's when it hit me. "I have an idea" I said. She looked up at me with her gazing hazel eyes. "What." She asked. "You know how I haven't met your mom right.." I said. Her eyes widened and her mouth opened. "Gray.." She said. "Well maybe we could take a trip to Florida so ya know I could maybe.. Meet her?" I said smiling. "GRAYSON?! SERIOUSLY! YOUR GONNA TAKE ME BACK HOME TO SEE MY MOM!?" She said yelling in excitement. I nodded yes. "Shut up! SHUT. UP!" She said smiling so big. She jumped on top of me, hugging me. "Grayson! I can't believe you'd do this for me! Aghhhhhhh!" She said screaming. "Shhhhh" I said laughing. "Your coming with me?!" She asked me. "Yep!" I said. "Babe thank you so much" she said hugging me. "I thought you might want to see your mom and family before we all go on tour." I said. "Gray this is amazing!" She said smiling. "Maybe we could all go. Me, You, Ethan and Trin." I said. "That sounds like a plan!" She said. "Also I think it's about time me and Ethan meet you and Trins family. We have been dating for a year now" I said laughing. "I think that is the best idea you have ever had. Thank you Grayson. I need this so much you have no idea." She said in relief. "I know baby." I said. "And you think maybe we could even go see your family on our way back?" She said. "Of course, if that's what you want to do." I said. "Grayson, I love you so much you have no freaking idea!" She said kissing me. I giggled a little.
We watched the sunset the rest of the time. A little while after that Ethan and Trin texted me and Bre saying they were ready to get picked up. We left and picked them up. We told them the news and we all went back to our places and packed immediately.

Sense this story started off with a huge misunderstanding that was just a stupid rumor I really thought this song went along with the story. While your listening you could think of the male voice as Grayson or Ethan. The Female voices as Bre or Trin. I hope you guys like it.
