"Yep, your defiantly pregnant love." The doctor said to Ana. I felt my mouth prop up into a smile. I looked down at Ana and she had a straight face. Did she not feel the same?
"I'm going to give you some medication to help the pains it's going to help you keep your food in you instead of coughing it up." He said. She nodded and I rubbed my thumb across her fingers.
"It's to early to tell if it is a boy or girl just yet." He said. I nodded and held a bigger smile in my face. "Well I will set up a next appointment for you. If there are any problems or questions don't hesitate calling me." The doctor said. I nodded and helped Ana up from the bed. Her stomach hasn't got big yet. She still had her slim figure.
We both thanked the doctor and I paid quickly and walked out of the building hand in hand with Ana. We got into the car and I started it.
"Ana, are you alright?" I asked. She nodded. "Do you not want this baby...?" I asked, scared for the answer. "Of course I do.. it would be our creation. You just have to promise me... That you won't leave me. Because I can't do this on my own."
She said, with no joke intended. "Ana, for God sakes. The last thing I'm going to do is leave you. Like you said, this is our creation. I'm so excited. It is just one more thing that makes me even happier. But I need to know... are you going to take the ride with me?" I asked. She thought it through then nodded and kissed me.
"We can do this you know." I said. She nodded, "I know."
