Apples and Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients:

 1/2 Cup flour
 Dash of cinnamon
 1/2 T. Sugar
 1 Apple, grated (with or without skin)
 2 T. oil
 1 T. Water

Directions:
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (177 degees C.) Mix the flour, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl. Now add the grated apple, oil, and water and mix thoroughly, you want to apple to get mashed a little. Next, add the batter in 8 lightly greased mini muffin cups (you can use a normal size muffin tin, but you may need to increase the baking time a little) and bake for about 10-15 minutes. To make sure the muffins are done, stick a knife or toothpick in the muffin, if it comes out clean, it's done, if has pieces of muffin on it, it needs to be baked for a little longer. Let cool and enjoy!
