"okay. Are we sure about this?" Necrom asks, mostly referring to caleb. The forest, just shy of complete reforestation, was now a black patch of forest surrounding the entire castle from behind. In fact, the black patches of the green plains only surrounded them! "This requires complete silence, Nicholas." Caleb replied with a monotone voice, eyes clenched shut and hand in hand with his jittery younger brother. "Okay, complete silence." Nicholas repeats letting out a little breath. The whole world goes mute, and the only thing around is a deafening buzzing noise. Nicky's grip tightens and releases another breath. "I got you. It's okay." Caleb replies in a much more soothing voice. He runs the back of his brother's hand with his thumbs. "IMPERIA LETVIAS HAOS, IMPERIA LETVIAS HAOS...!" Caleb chants over and over. Soon, a bright light surrounds them, and both of their eyes open in amazement. The light practically appears out of nowhere.
There's no trace of it, but it begins to singe the black patches, slowly replacing it with a most unusual shade of green. "What's it do!?" Nicholas shouts out in fear. "Cleanses the soul of its impurities! I'm gonna help us; both of us!" Caleb shouts, nervously watching as nicky squirmed while the light came closer towards him. The light hits caleb first. He hisses and groans a bit, as the darkness is pulled from his body, but then he sighed finally. All of the weight was lifted from his shoulders, and the little speckles of darkness he did have suddenly evaporated. "It'll be fine, okay? I promise." The lights begin to dance around, and soon they landed on nicky almost instantly! He yelled out in pain, more than caleb did. Worry soon washed over him. "AHH! I--its REALLY hurting me!" Nicholas cried out as a hissing sound escaped his mouth as well. His nails began to dig into Cairo's hands, making the blood come out with the removed flesh. "Nicky, are you okay!?" Caleb shouted, watching his brother writhe in pain. Caleb was suddenly lifted up and blasted away from his brother, hitting the tree behind him!
The pain ached through his body, and tears begged to come out. He watched as his brother bent backwards in an unnatural, inhumane way. A loud crack was heard, followed by a bloody scream! "You... can't...do...this!" Another voice, much angrier and raspier spoke through his brother. He was thrown into the air, jerking about very raggedly. Then, he was launched forward and his hair stood on end, he looked frozen in midair. "You couldn't even save yourself." The voice taunted before throwing Nicholas into the lake. "NO!" Caleb shouted following after. He jumped in the cold waters, swimming as fast as he could. The water pushed and tugged him away, but he carried on. Nicky's body continued to be dragged down into the deepest depths. Caleb gave one last push, as his fingers grazed his little brother's.
His vision began to fade, everything got darker and darker. "AQUARIO....SANTI....INCARSIUM..." caleb muttered before the darkness engulfed him. A gust of warm air hit Caleb's chest, and his body flung itself through the forest! His lungs burned for air, and a shiver restored the numbness in his body. "Wha--what happened?" Caleb gasped, looking around. The first thing he spotted was nicky, lying in the grass laughing. But...he was...well..naked! Caleb took off his sweater and handed it to the euphoric boy lying in the tall grass. "Thank you." Nicky sighed happily, watching his somewhat uncomfortable brother with glee. "Er...I just wanna go home now, please!" Caleb nervously whispered. Nicky laughed harder. Caleb was happy too. Happy that he finally got his brother back. It was all over.
