Follow You Anywhere

Gallade

You were walking through Viridian Forest, your faithful Gallade at your side. You've had Gallade since he was a Ralts given to you by your older brother on your tenth birthday. But today something seemed off.

"Is everything alright Gallade?" you asked as you pushed your long auburn hair out of your sapphire blue eyes. Gallade only shrugged, and didn't even give it's own name as a response. This troubled you, for as long as you can remember Gallade had always acted happy around you to try and keep you from feeling sad too. But today he just seemed mopey.

'Oh (your name) if only you knew how I truly feel about you.' Gallade looked down at you, as he was a full head taller than you were, and sighed. Now this truly began to worry you, and break your heart at the same time.

"Well let's camp here for the night. 'Kay bud?" he only nodded before going to the other side of the clearing the two of you had just stopped in and jumping up into the branches of one of the trees. You sighed and turned away, trying to keep the tears from falling.

You'd felt it for a while now, that feeling that you and Gallade were drifting apart from one another and it hurt. Unrolling your sleeping bag you cast a glance over your shoulder at Gallade. He was sitting on a tree branch staring up at the stars. "Night Gallade." you called only to once again get a nodded response.

Gallade watched you as you slept before turning back towards the stars, he watched as a shooting star flew across the sky. 'Please who ever's listening please grant me this wish, to be able to love (your name) fully.' he sighed and hopped down from the tree's branches and walked over to sit beside you. He closed his eyes and leaned back against a tree beside your head. 'Oh (your name) if you only knew.' and with that he fell asleep.

You woke up the next morning to the feel of a strong set of arms wrapped around your waist. Thinking it your Gallade, since you doubted that anyone would be stupid enough to try and sneak up on your Gallade, you turned over and smiled only to turn away screaming as you saw what, or more accurately who, was holding you. "GALLADE!" you screamed out for your partner and hopefully still your best friend.

"Hugh, (your name) what's wrong?" you tried to pull away from the stranger only to have him tighten his grip on your waist.

"Who are you and what did you do with my Gallade!" the stranger blinked at you then looked down at himself before looking at you again, eyes shining. He snickered at the look on your face for a second before leaning down and kissed your forehead. "G-Gallade?" you asked staring at your partner.

"And who else would I be?" he asked playfully, that really knocked you for a loop. He noticed your look of shock and leaned down to touch his forehead to yours. "I love you (your full name) and I've been such a fool to try and push you away." you smiled and reached up to kiss him on the cheek.

"I love you too bud, now can we go find you some clothes please? You're really starting to freak me out."
