GOOD AND BAD NEWS

I look at my fiancé as the doctor moves the probe around my belly. With the coldness of the jelly now gone,my baby and I are comfortable. I'm now 20 weeks term and Romeo has been desperate to find out what we're having so today we're here for that. He's as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

"Romeo relax,it's only the gender"

"I'm relaxed,I'm just excited we're finally going to find out our baby's sex"

"Ohk here we are.......Sorry mommy but it looks like you'll be the only female in your household" the doctor says

"I knew it was a boy,yes!!!"

"I thought you said it don't matter as long as the baby is healthy"

"Yes but hearing that I'll have a junior Romeo is a bonus. Thank you Angie for the best gift I've ever received,an heir"

"Yeah typical African man"

"No,I just tolerate you"

"Yeah right"

Romeo says as he pullls her closer to him,kissing her. They're in a full make out session when they hear the doctor clear her throat.

"Sorry we got caught in the moment" Romeo apologises

"It's okay,I love to see couples happy about being parents. Well here's your presciption,see you in 6 weeks time. Take care of my clients Romeo"

"I will do,thank you doc"

Romeo once again carries Angie out the office bridal style as she yells for him to put him down. The clinic staff smile because this is what happens at every clinic visit these two come to. They drive headed home. Angie is on the phone with Tasha.

"So we're having a boy............... no Tasha our kids are pratically related,they're not going to get married................ no they won't be kissing cousins (She laughs).................... he's here all smiles,probably planning our sons first soccer try outs with his favourite team.............. tell Jay I said hey,love you too baby,bye"

"Tasha says hi and congrats"

"Thanks,Aunt Rose wants to see you and she says there's already enough boys in the house but congrats. You'll also finally get to meet my brothers and Sbu's brother,they'll be in town and my dad's coming too"

"That's great I finally get to meet the rest of the family.... I wish you'd met my brother you would have loved him"

"I'm sure I would have"

Lying to his fiancé is what Romeo seems to be doing most these days. He has met her brother before and they never liked each other. They were enemies after all.

.... AT HOME

Romeo kneels infront of Angie ...

"Hey junior this is daddy. I just wanted to tell you that you're very much loved by both of us and daddy will do anything to make you and mommy happy and keep you safe. I love your mother and I love her more for giving me you. I'll do anything to protect you both"

He says kissing her belly and hugging her waist. Caitie walks into their bedroom.

"I also want to talk to the baby too.... hey baby,this is your big sister,who'll protect you when mommy or daddy want to give you a whopping and protect you from bullies at school and give you candy when mommy is not looking like uncle Romeo does for me"

Romeo tries to cover Caities mouth but it's too late as Angie throws a pillow at him and scolds him for giving candy to Caitie in secret. There's a knock at the front door and Romeo goes to answer it. He finds two officers on his doorstep

"Afternoon officers,how can I help you?"

"Is Ms. Angelina Zitha here?"

"Yes she is. What do you want with her?"

"We prefer to talk to her personally"

"come in,I'll go call her"

Romeo heads upstairs and informs Angie that the police are asking for her. She wonders why but Romeo says they won't tell him. She puts on a gown as she was only in a t-shirt and undies and heads to the lounge. They introduce themselves to Angie

"Sorry to bother you miss but we have some bad news. We found a Mr Lesole washed up on the shores of the bloed river late last night with two bullet wounds to the head and you were the only person who we knew knew him as we believe him to be a family friend"

"Yes,he was my brothers personal friend,do you guys know how he got there or who shot him?"

"We're still trying to find out mam ,we'd like you to answer some questions for us though"

"Okay"

The police ask their questions as she tries to answer them the best way she can. Romeo watches on as they question her,he's uneasy because he doesn't trust or like the law and they're not fond of him too. After they're done questioning her,they thank her and leave.

"You okay?"

"Yeah,I'll have to call his wife and inform her. She's going to be devastated. First my brother now his only trusted bodyguard. Who could be doing this though. Now I'll have to find someone who'll deal with all the trap business because I'm hopeless when it comes to that and he was doing a wonderful job"

"What about your brother's friend,Enzo?"

"I don't trust him,there's something off with him. Plus I'm sure my brother had a good reason for not leaving his businesses to him"

"Do you think he has anything to do with your brothers death?"

"I'm starting to think he does and I have a feeling he has something to do with Lesole's death too. Last week he sent me a text saying he wants to talk to me about Enzo,that it was important and now he's dead. He definitely has something to do with this. I'm starting to think that maybe he's the ghost I'm after"

Romeo envelopes her in a hug,while rubbing her back. He smiles thinking of how he could use this to work in his favour. It will be easy convincing Angie that Lorenzo or Banks is the Ghost since she's already suspicious of him.
