Of course when she awoke the next morning he was gone, “See you in class” the white board posted by her door read. She sighed and started her usual morning routine. Once dressed, (outfit on the side) she made her way out the door. “I bought you breakfast, I know you didn’t stop to get anything.” He passed her a bag with her favorite cinnamon crunch bagel with extra cinnamon cream cheese along with a peppermint mocha. “Thank you, August.” He simply nodded and faced the front of the room awaiting the professor to begin his lecture. She hated when he did that. He would act as if the night before never happened, like he went to sleep along with everybody else and never made a move that shouldn’t have been made. It messed with her head when he would do that, it wasn’t the him she once knew. Sure people changed, but not August, not the boy who she was always so close to.
“I'm sorry.” He mumbled as they both sat in the corner of the study room, neither of them really paying attention. She was used to it by now, the morning after apologies. “August I'm worried about you, you know I have never judged what you do but you're starting to let it control you. You promised me that you wouldn’t let it control you and you are. You’ve never broken a promise August.” He sighed and cradled his head within his hands. “It’s not controlling me, I swear it’s not. Last night was just rough, it was like it was in the past and I just couldn’t handle it all. Baby girl I swear to you I'm good.” His hand rubbed up and down her thigh and she got those chills that he always gave her whenever they touched. “August, stop.” She pleaded barely above a whisper. He knew that she was getting wet between those thighs, and he also knew that she was more than likely not wearing any underwear, she hated them. “I'm not doing anything that you don’t want me to. I just want to make you feel better. I hate it when you're mad at me.” he moved closer to her, no longer caring that they were in the middle of a class and that the professor was still lecturing from the powerpoint.
“We are in class, we can't do this here.” He said nothing but stood up and grabbed his camo knapsack. He gently tugged her hand and helped her to her feet as they made a hasty exit out of the room. “My dorm or yours?” he asked, looking straight ahead. He knew that if he were to look at her he wouldn’t be able to control himself any longer. “Mine, my roommate isn’t there.” He slightly nodded before speeding up his pace. “August slow down, I can't walk that fast.” She pouted and he smirked to himself. She was so cute whenever she did that, she could get whatever she wanted from him when she made that face.
“August, f-ohhh!” his teeth bit into her neck before he used his tongue and lips to swirl the piece of ice around the red mark. She squirmed, only to have him grab her hands and hold them above her head as he continued to harshly pleasure her body. “Shittt” he hissed when her teeth dug into his shoulder in return. He knew she couldn’t take the teasing much longer or else she would cum before he even had a chance to taste her. He started his decent, unpinning her hands so that he could use his own for leverage. With only his teeth he slipped off the jeans that fit her like a glove, letting her use her feet to finally kick them off. Just like he thought she would be, soaking-fucking-wet. Her eyes were closed but once his tongue penetrated her lips, they shot open. No matter how many times this happened, to her it always felt like the first.
“I can't hold on any longer August, I'm about to-to…” he crashed his lips against hers to shut her up, partially because he knew what would come next. Unable to scream, she moaned into his mouth as her legs began to shake uncontrollably. He could feel himself tightening as her muscles contracted against him. With one last pump he too was pushed over the edge, cumming deep inside of her.
A part of him had always wanted her to get pregnant ever since they first slept together. He couldn’t see any other females carrying his seed. She on the other hand, was firm in not getting pregnant before she had a stable life and means of her own to provide for her family. Every morning at 8:15 she would wake up to take the tiny little pill prescribed by the doctor to make sure her family wouldn’t come before she was absolutely ready. Though she still had sex, she would make sure that August wore a condom, or at least pulled out. But lately he hadn’t been doing either and it was really getting to her; not the fact that he wouldn’t pull out, but that she didn’t want him to. A part of her wanted a piece of him, a miniature August Alsina. She knew that that’s what he wanted too, but they were still in college and she didn’t know if she was ready for all of that. All throughout high school she swore that she wouldn’t get pregnant before she was financially and emotionally prepared.
“What are you thinking?” his voice was deep, sleep on the edge of it. “this thing we have, what is it August?” she didn’t turn towards him as she spoke, just continued to stare at the dull ceiling. “I don’t know, I really don’t know.” She sighed, this was the conversation that arose after every sexual encounter they shared. She didn’t press him and he didn’t press her. One would just ask the question that they were both pondering at the time. “If I ever have a girl, I want her to have a happy name, like Skylar, or Mckenzie.” Even though she didn’t want kids at the moment, she loved to talk about them. “Baby girl, if WE ever have a daughter, we will find the happiest name in the world for her.” he planted a kiss on her temple before pulling her close to him and drifting off.
“August, August wake up. Your phone has been ringing nonstop for the past 5 minutes.” His eyes opened as he sat up groggily still trying to wake himself up completely. “pass it here.” She bent over in search for his phone that was still in the pocket of his jeans. “Yea.” He answered as the call finally connected. “Where the fuck are you? I have been calling you for way too long and I don’t play about my money. You of all people should know that Anthony.” He cringed at the sound of the voice coming from the receiver. “I was in class taking a test. What is it that you need?” the voice on the other end chuckled before breaking into a fit of coughing. “I need you to work tonight. And you know that I don’t take no for an answer.” The phone beeped signaling a disconnection and she sighed, turning her back on him. “I'm so-” she turned to face him with a newfound rage in her eyes, “Don’t even fucking say it August, just don’t!” he hadn’t seen her so upset in a while. “Look, I know okay, I know. But I told you I'm trying to make something for us, a future so that the only thing you have to worry about is picking out the happiest name possible for our beautiful daughter okay?”
He was doing it again. He was fucking with her mind like he always did. One minute they were just friends and then the next he was talking about making a future and her having his kids. They were in college but he still held onto this idea that the only way he could make it was through the hustle. His freshman and sophomore year he maintained a 3.8 GPA but that still wasn’t enough to convince him that he could do something legit. No matter how hard she tried to get him to see that he could do anything he set his mind to, he just wouldn’t listen. “Come here.” He gently tugged at her hand, only to have her snatch it right back. “don’t act like that.” In one quick move he was on top of her and she was staring up into his eyes. “I just want to make you happy.” Was the last thing he said before once again penetrating not only her body, but her heart and soul as well.
