Chapter 3

Capture The Flag

A horn blew.

"That's the dinner horn. Come on Ocean" Conner grabbed my hand in his. He dragged me to the pavilion with his cabin. As we got there Percy gave a pointed look at our hands. Conner looked down at our hands, turned bright red and let go. As soon as he did it felt as if a part of me was gone.

"So Conner how old are you?" I asked.

"16, so is Travis but he is older by a minute." He grumbled.

"Don't worry my twin is older then me by 17 seconds" I tried to cheer him up.

"Did you say twin?" He asked as we grabbed our plates filled and filled them with food. Then lined up at a pit of fire we put part of our food in and sat down at the Hermes table.

"Sorry I meant was she died on our way here" I had to lie. I let a fake tear go down my cheek. He whipped it away and put his arm around me. He was so warm while I was cold as usual. Then I saw that we where all bathed in blue light. I looked up to see a trident above my head. Every one fell silent.

"All hail Ocean... Great-Grand Daughter of Posident." Chiron called. He held out his hand for me to take. I took it. He led me over to the table with a trident. Percy was the only one that sat there.

"You will be staying in percy's cabin now." He stated.

"So you and Conner hu?" He asked wiggling his eyebrows.

"No I'm not with him" I stated blushing.

"Uha I so beleive you" He said sacasticly.

"Campers get ready for Capture the Flag, Blue Team Athena, Posident, Zeus, Hermes, and  Hephaestus / Red Team Aries, Demeter, Hades, Isis, Aphrodite, and Nemis / Magical weapons are allowed, No maiming or killing, The creek is the boundary line. Good luck Hero's " He called.

"What exactly are we supposed to do?" I asked Percy.

"We try to get the Red Teams flag over the boundary line. Lets go see what  Annabeth has cooked for a strategy. " He pulled me over to the Athena Table.

"Okay I want Apollo spread 20 meters from the flag, Hermes on the out side, Hephaestus set traps around the flag. Percy I want you by the creek." She said.

"Why don't you try traps 10 meters from the creek, Hermes divided into three groups two on the outsides and one in the middle, two groups for Apollo one 10 meters from the flag and one in the trees 5 meters from the creek, You and one of your brothers by the Flag" I said queitly. She looked at me in shock.

"Can I go after the flag Annabeth?" I asked.

She nodded.

"Wow you out smarted Annabeth" Percy came over and patted me on the back. "That was a great plan Ocean" A horn sounded.

"Come on! Let's get set up, come with me" He pulled me to the woods and over to the creek,"When the second horn sounds go okay." He nodded at me.

The horn sounded. I jumped across the creek and took of first at human speed then at vampire. Bending the shadows around me to make me look invisable. Then I saw it a Red flag guarded by Mason Areas son and an other teen. I slipped past them and grabbed the flag. I made it invisable to. I took of again. When I was 5 meters from the creek i turned visable and crossed with the flag in hand. A horn sounded as the flag turned blue. Everybody stoped fighting and looked at me. A cheer went up from my team. I handed the flag to Percy.

"You did a great job" Conner complemented me. I blushed. Gods he is so hot....oh my gods do I have a crush on Conner!?!?!

"Thanks" I replied. Soon everybody left Me and Conner standing alone in the woods.

"Can I try something and could you close your eyes?" He asked nervously.

"Uha sure" I closed my eyes. Then I felt his lips on mine. He rapped his arms around my small waist. My arms atomaticly rapped around his neck, my hands playing with his brown curls. Conner brought me closer and kissed me harder, I kissed back with the same force. It felt like Fireworks. Conner licked my bottom lip asking for entrance. I diened. I gasped as he bight my bottom lip. His tongue quickly darted in exploring every inch of my mouth. Then we were rudely intruputed by a loud cough. We jumped apart. To see percy come out from behind a tree. I don't know who was brighter red me or Conner.

"So Conner do we need to have the talk about you dating my kind of half sister?" He asked smirking.

"No, See you later Ocean" Then he ran. I looked down then up to see him smirking at me.

"So you and Conner?" He asked again.

"Umm no" I looked down.

"That's not what that kiss said it said " oh Conner we'll be together for ever!" He said trying to imitate a high pitched girly voice. I pushed him playfuly. Then he went serious.

"Ocean why are you always cold?" He asked.

I sighed "If I tell you you will think I'm a freak, you wouldn't want to be near me, and I don't like losing family"

"I could never think of you as a freak you are special I'm glad to have you as a kind of half sister" I was so happy I hugged him.

"How about when I'm ready I'll tell you Okay." I said still hugging him.

"Okay, we need to get to the cabin befor the harpies find us." We ran all the way there, I beat him there obviously.
