Even if he knew the result he took the risk of fighting James case. But this was not a court this was public judgement .It was to take place in open auditorium.

Four public jury and four Red Jack Captains were to decide whether the defendant is guilty or not guilty.

The court gave swift decision from Last 100 cases he observed 98 were beheaded 2 were found not guilty. People court just wanted to enjoy bloodshed .

Surprisingly Justice was served yet.

What Mr Harold had researched two cases found not guilty had strong evidence so he had hope .

If he presented the case well he could save James even if it meant 10% chances .When he saw the jury the chance went down to 5% as he saw a six feet giant in jury box

Then judgement call the three public
Jury shouted the voted "Not Guilty."

Matthews knew James was to behead next morning he already won the case with Jacks in his pocket majority vote will be Guilty. He would avoid bringing up the point of James being Linda's son.

One by one Matthews and the Jacks stood on shouted there vote

"Guilty."

As they were sure the case was won.

The Last Jack in his shiny Red armour stood and shouted.

"Not Guilty."

A wave of unrest and whispers went through crowd it was unheard of to see a forgiving Jack.

Harry was smiling at Matthew's expressions he was looking like someone scoped out his intestine and forced him to feed on it.

As it was a draw now public could decide and Harold knew people are not that heartless
But the event took a sour turn his victory as it would seem was short lasting
