Ezekiel, he was in such pain, and all because of me. If only I haven't bought the Wolfs-Bane in the castle, no one could have ever laid their hands on it.I was the one who was at fault and I should be the one who should take the responsibility.

I walk through the same narrow route to our meeting place. The dark route seemed to be more longer and more dangerous than before. I clutched on to the Christ locket hanging on my neck, and then checked my pockets for the garlic, I had pick up on my way out from the kitchen, In my other pocket I hold a wooden Nail, which I planned to stab him with.

I was tiered being treated as a ragged doll. I was tiered of people deceiving me, and I was tiered of people getting hurt because of me. Ezekiel had done so much for me and look at how much pain I have caused him.

As I neared the little clearing, our meeting location, I saw a dark figure leaning against the tree. It was him, he must be desperately waiting for the Ezekiel's war strategy.

I once again checked my pockets for the weapons I needed to finish him, once and for all. Once confirmed, I proceeded towards him.

"You're late" He said without even raising his head. I froze as I heard his voice.

"You brought the plans?" He said in a bored voice, as if he knew the papers in my hands held nothing but worthless scrambles.

He straightened his posture and walks to me, "Papers" He brings his hand forward.

"Ezekiel, you did it, Didn't you?"

"I have no time for you silly, questions. Just give me the papers" He said almost threatening me

"You were never my true mate. It was always him!" I said coldly

He let out a cruel chuckle, "If you knew, why did you ask?" He said coldly with threatening voice, as his steps moved forward towards me.

"You were always a fool, choosing the wrong side. Years back, we could have ruled this world, if only you wouldn't had been a fool, and mated with that bastard." He hissed

"I have always chose the side where my heart belonged, I chose the side which wasn't evil, creul and power lusting" I retorted with confidence, but with every step he took my confidance and bravery was crumbling apart. That eyes lusting with blood was making me shiver to the very core.

"Your heart, belongs to me and only me. If it's not me, it won't be his either" he hissed

"So what you plan to kill me again?" I said my voice shaking a little

"Who said I'll kill you, especially when I can make you mine, right here and right now" He said in a dangerously low voice

"You can't and you won't I know. You cant have my powers until my 19th birthday" I said doubtfully

"I don't need no power of yours. You being on my side is enough to make Ezekiel come on his knees in front of me" he said with his fangs now visible.

"Don't you dare come close me," I warned utterly terrified of the creature in front of me, as I clutched on to the cross

"Do you think that stupid thing is even going to work? You think you can kill me with those things with you? Those are all hoax created by humans. Did you really thing I couldn't have smelled those garlic in your pocket or seen the wooden knife in you pocket?" He said almost mocking me

I froze like a corpse, as I realized I have done something utterly stupid, and put myself in danger.

Vincent was going to stop at nothing, and I could do nothing to save me either.

She took a step back with his every step toward her, but she stumbled to a stone and fell on the ground, but still pushed herself away from him. She had no ways out. Her heart was dropping with every terrifyingly slow steps he took.

I cannot, loose to his, not this time again, NO. I observed my surrounding, when my eyes fell upon a pit hole, which must have been created by hunters to catch animals.

Then as I crawled backward, my hand caught a stone, Without another thought, I picked it up and threw it towards him. The stone collided with his eyes, The force of the stone led him to fall over the small hunter's pit and I fled for my life for I knew he wont be injured and would soon scramble out of the pit.

As I ran through the gloomy alley of the forest, I could sense his presence everywhere. Though the only thing I heard was the swift wind that blew as I ran. Soon I heard tramps of his feet that approached me faster than I ever expected and soon shuffle of his breath as he ran.

It was like he was playing with me, just like a predator plays with its prey before kill it mercilessly.

As he gains on her, her weak feet tries to move even faster, but there is a limit to her weak mortal body. Her limbs were turning weak and shaky, but she still kept up with her pace.

If only I could reach the secret pathway, I could be safe.

But the thought and hope crumbled down when her T-shirt was caught on to a branch and she was held back. Vincent without a second delay, tackled her to the ground, with a snarl. The force of her tackle was so hard that it ripped her shirt, scratching her naked body inside it.

Was this the end for me, again?

Without a word Vincent dunked his head toward my neck, but before his fangs pierced my skin, he was tackled off me, and with a loud terrifying growl, he was again attacked.

It happened so fast that, my mind needed a moment to realize what was going on.

In front of me was Knight, But How was it possible, he was poisoned, then how is he here?

Knight, again pursuit, now injured Vincent with foaming mouth, and howling dismally. His eyes were no longer blood red but were more of red of burning coal, just like his anger bubbling inside of him.

Vincent's bloody body could take more of the injuries Knight has put upon him. He was upset, and all the while growling and gnashing his white gleaming fangs in his rage at he couldn't defeat his opponent, not even cast a single scratch upon him.

At the same time Knight like a deadly predator circles around him with foam dripping from hi mouth with every step he took. He was thirsty for his blood that was evident, just like Vincent's exhaustion that creep over him.

Vincent knew he couldn't fight him any longer, or he'll end up dying. He chose to give up and retires with a last snarl. But I knew it wasn't over yet, he'll be back soon and with more power on his side.

Once Ezekiel satisfies himself of Vincent withdrawing, he approached towards me. I look at him dull, and confused

I saw him go behind a tree and walked outside transformed from a beast to a man.

How did he managed to find me, and that to on the right time?

Then I realized.......

"You knew all this time, Didn't you!"
