Six months ago,
you left without a goodbye.
I smashed my phone to pieces.
I started searching for ways to get you back in the remains;
I decided I wouldn't stop looking until you were beside me again.Today,
your lack of words continues to haunt me.
I've run out of things to break.
I walk on glass shards like they're eggshells, but I've yet to find our reflection in them;
I only see your smiling face in the fragments embedded in my feet.
