Chapter 27

The following day, Yugi and his grandfather are sitting in the living room, drinking tea and watching TV. Yugi sighs sadly as he went to pour him some more tea. His grandfather finally breaks the silence by clearing his throat. 

"Yugi.. I know you miss her...I do too. But we have to be strong." His grandfather sighed as he grabbed his grandson's shoulder. Yugi looked at him and sighed. 

"I know, Grandpa. But, I think I know who did it." Yugi replied as he looked at him, setting down his cup of tea and cracking his knuckles. 

"Who? Tell me, Yugi." Solomon asked as he looked around to make sure there was no one listening to their conversation. 

"It was Tea." 

"What makes you say that?" 

"You should've seen how Tea reacted when I told her that she was in the hospital. She didn't even show the slightest bit of remorse." 

Yugi and Solomon both sat in silence. Yugi then searched his pocket for his phone. "Here, I'll show you." 

He found the recording of him and Tea talking. He then plays it. 

~Le Time Skip~ 

After the recording finished playing, Yugi's grandfather sat there with his eyes widened with  shock. 

"You see. I think..No I know Tea did this." Yugi confirmed his grandfather with a grim look on his face. He HAD to find Tea and find out the reason behind this. Why Inya of all people? What was the connection? 

"Yugi, are you sure you're ready for this?" Solomon asked his grandson. Yugi nodded as he stood up with the recording back into his pocket. 

Yugi was walking down the street, texting Tea to meet him in front of the school. He wanted to see the look on her face when he showed her the proof. 

"Hey Yugi!" Tea smiled as she waved at him. Yugi waved back slightly as he looked at her. 

"Tea.. I know what you did..."
