Chapter 31

The following morning, Inya and Yugi were asleep with their newborn babies in their arms.  Inya smiled as she turned around and saw a note on her window.

'You will have a blessed life. Trust me.'  The note had a smiley face and was written in cursive. The note was then blown away by a strong wind.

"Morning." Yugi smiled as he placed the twin he held on her arm. The twin, unknowingly, started to nibble on her arm while the other twin was laying there, laughing and looking up at her sister. Inya smiled as she giggled.

"Morning. How did you sleep last night?" She asked as she looked at him. Yugi smiled as he grabbed the twin and blew a raspberry on her stomach. The baby squealed and laughed.

'Finally. I can live a normal life. With my two twins and the man I love.'  Inya smiled as she hugged the babies tightly. They did look just like Yugi and had her eyes. She noticed something about the twins. They always ended up near or right next to each other.

Later, Inya had set the twins in their walkers and watched them as Yugi went to work. 

They didn't drop out of school. They decided that being homeschooled was the best option because they have to stay home to take care of the children. Inya's mother had talked to the school about their predicament. Even though the school wasn't usually supposed to let teenage parents continue their studies, they did in Inya and Yugi's case. Inya's mother and grandfather were relieved but the school had to have some proof that they were doing well with this program. So, every 5-6 weeks, they have to submit a progress report on how they are doing.

"I'm off to work. Teach me what you learn when I get home." Yugi smiled as he went to catch the bus. In order to even possibly have enough money, he would have to work for Industrial Illusions. Don't worry, Pegasus and Yugi are on very good terms now. They're really good friends. Inya smiled as she nodded. 

"Will do. See you later." She smiled as she blew him a kiss and watched the twins try to wave at their father. As the door shut, the twins pushed themselves out of their walkers. Inya smiled. She was so proud of them. She then decided to get up and cook them a little breakfast before the teacher came. She always came around 7:30 in the morning. She wouldn't leave until 2:30. It wasn't a rigid school schedule but it was ok to be at home. 

Inya pinned her hair into a little bun and grabbed a skillet. That's where she cooked everything. She had grabbed some baby cereal for the twins, making their food first. Before she could start the bell rang. Inya stopped and ran to the door. Still, in her sweatpants and baggy T-shirt with a messy bun, she opened the door to her teacher. 

"Good Morning, Miss Hiyori" Inya greeted as she smiled. The twins were giggling at each other. Hiyori saw the twins and walked inside. 

"Good morning to you too Inya." She replied as she walked in. She grabbed two chairs and pulled them up to the table. 

"Shall we begin?" Hiyori asked as she looked at Inya. Inya never did get to cook her breakfast.

Meanwhile, Yugi was with Pegasus, helping him think of some ideas for new cards. 

"Pegasus, maybe we should create a very special rare card and just put it in a random pack. Think about it. Sales would go through the roof and not to mention, they'll only buy packs from Industrial Illusions once they see the commercial for it." Yugi suggested as he looked up at him. Pegasus looked at him as well, his eyes sparkling. 

"Yugi! That's a brilliantly perfect idea!" Pegasus smiled as he slammed his fists excitedly onto his marble table. Looks like he had an adrenaline high. The rest of the day was filled with exciting ideas about the card itself. 

6:30 PM. Inya was finished with her studies and her homework. She was now bathing the twins and waiting for Yugi to come home. She hadn't ordered any food yet because she didn't want it to be cold. 

Minutes later, Yugi opened the door, hanging his jacket on the coat hanger and kissing the twins and his love. "How was school today?" Yugi smiled as he helped her. Taking care of twins was tough but nothing they couldn't do together. 

"School was ok today. I'll teach you everything tomorrow. I'm super tired." 

"It's ok. I have the day off tomorrow. Pegasus gave me the day off so he could start creating some designs on a new card he wants to create." 

Today was just another normal day for them. Another normal day with their family. Or..was it?
