Ch 4. The Halloween Concert

A/N To get into the Halloween spirit! 👻

Nya's P.O.V ~

To night was the night of our Halloween Show fundraiser for the New Ninjago City library.

Me and the guys were getting ready backstage and we thought it would be fun to dress up.

I'm dressing up as Samurai X, Jay is dressing up as Fritz Donnegen, Kai is dressing up as a pirate, Lloyd is dressing up as Batman (I don't own Batman), Cole is dressing up as a knight and Zane is dressing up as a wizard!

"10 MINUTES UNTIL YOUR ON!" P.I.X.A.L shouts! (She was dressed up as zombie bride!

Cole's P.O.V ~

I was just put the finished touches to my costume when I heard a knock at the door.

"Coming!" I said, I walk over to the door and open it to see pirate Kai waiting for me.

"Come on its time to go on!" Kai tells me.

We all huddle around, put our hands into the middle and shout "NINJA-GO!!"

we walk out on stage to millions of screaming fans and I take my place behind my drums, as the rest take their places and Zane walks up to the mic.

Zane's P.O.V ~

Once again Cole counts as in as the music starts playing.

"1..2..3..!" Cole shouts.

"It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark
Under the moonlight you see a sight that almost stops your heart
You try to scream but terror takes the sound before you make it
You start to freeze as horror looks you right between the eyes,
You're paralyzed"

I sing, then Jay sings the chorus.

"'Cause this is thriller, thriller night
And no one's gonna save you from the beast about to strike
You know it's thriller, thriller night
You're fighting for your life inside a killer, thriller tonight"

Lloyd joins in

"You hear the door slam and realize there's nowhere left to run
You feel the cold hand and wonder if you'll ever see the sun
You close your eyes and hope that this is just imagination
But all the while you hear the creature creepin'up behind
You're out of time"

Next Kai

"'Cause this is thriller, thriller night
There ain't no second chance against the thing with forty eyes
You know it's thriller, thriller night
You're fighting to survive inside a killer, thriller tonight"

Then Nya

"Night creatures call
And the dead start to walk in their masquerade
There's no escapin' the jaws of the alien this time (they're open wide)
This is the end of your life"

And last Cole

"They're out to get you, there's demons closing in on every side
They will possess you unless you change the number on your dial
Now is the time for you and I to cuddle close together
All thru the night I'll save you from the terrors on the screen,
I'll make you see"

Then we all sing

"That it's a thriller, thriller night
'Cause I can thrill you more than any ghost would dare to try

Thriller here tonight

(Rap - Cole raps at this part)
Darkness falls across the land
The midnite hour is close at hand
Creatures crawl in search of blood
To terrorize y'awl's neighbourhood
And whosoever shall be found
Without the soul for getting down
Must stand and face the hounds of hell
And rot inside a corpse's shell
The foulest stench is in the air
The funk of forty thousand years
And grizzly ghouls from every tomb
Are closing in to seal your doom
And though you fight to stay alive
Your body starts to shiver
For no mere mortal can resist
The evil of the thriller"

[Into maniacal laugh, in deep echo]

Lloyd's P.O.V ~

As the laughter dies out we walk up to the front of the stage, take a bow and say "Thank you New Ninjago City Library! We are Spin Harmony and Happy Halloween!"

We then walk of stage and go to the conferences room for the Meet & Greet.

*Time skip to after M&G*

Jay's P.O.V ~

"Man that was long M&G!" I said.

"Yeah! And it's just the beginning!" Kai said

We were all headed to a Halloween party that Dareth had invited us to.

Zane's P.O.V~

We finally arrived at the party and it was packed.

Wu, Garmadon, Misako and P.I.X.A.L were already there.

"What's up!" Dareth said as he came to greet us.

"Same old, same old!" Nya said.

Then we all went off to do our own thing.

Kai's P.O.V

I went to go and find Skylor to ask her dance.

As we were dancing I saw Jay and Nya go off up stairs, but was to busy focusing on Skylor to care.

Jay's P.O.V~

Me and Nya head up stairs to find an empty bedroom.

She pulled me inside then sat down on the bed and patted the spot beside her.

"Definitely a night to remember!" I said as Nya kissed my check.

A/N Sorry no rated M stuff. Maybe in another book! (Hint, hint) 😏

Anyway how was that? Just a little something I came up with since Halloween is coming. 🎃 (does happy dance) lol 😂
