Ch. 8 A Blast From The Past

A/N This time it's not the Ninja preforming.

Lloyd's P.O.V~

We're supposed to perform today, but Zane woke up this morning with laryngitis, so we sadly couldn't.

We informed our fans that we couldn't sing without our led singer, but that we'd be back to performing soon.

So now we were all sitting around the table listening to a story Wu was telling us about.

*Wu telling the story*

Sensei Wu's P.O.V~

Back in the day when we were younger, Garmadon, Misako, Cyrus Borg, Dareth and I were also in a band together.

We were called Spinjituz Rock and we were quite famous. Garmadon was led singer, I was drummer, Misako played piano, Cyrus played led guitar and Dareth played bass.

But as time went on, we gave it up to be Senseis, Record Company Owner and Manager.

Anyway it was opening night, but something went wrong.

*past*

Misako's P.O.V~

We were about to go on, but we had an unexpected gust holding us back.

It was The Grate Devourer, (A/N this's after it bit Garmadon, but he hadn't turned all evil yet)

We were shocked as to why it was back, but we didn't have much to time to figure out why.

So we managed to fight it off, hoping it was gone for good and with 3 minutes before we went on.

Garmadon's P.O.V~

It was a min before we hit the stage, so we all huddle around and put our hands in the middle, shouting "NINJA-Go!"

We walked out on stage, to thousands of fans screaming our name and walked to our places.

"1..2..3" Wu said as the music started playing.

"Told you I made dinner plans
For you and me and no one else
That don't include your crazy friends
Well I'm done
With awkward situation's empty conversations"

I sung, then Misako joined.

"Oh This is an S.O.S.
Don't wanna second guess,
This is the bottom line
It's true
I gave my all for you,

And I can't find the other half

better believe I bled

Then Cyrus.

"So this is where the story ends
A conversation on IM
Well I'm done
with texting,
Sorry for the miscommunication"

And lastly Dareth.

"Oh This is an S.O.S.

Now we all sing.

"Next time I see you
I'm giving you a high five
'cause hugs are over rated, just FYI

And as the song comes to an end, we walk up to the front of the stage and take a bow.

"Thank you Ninjago City. We are Spinjituz Rock and goodnight." We all say walking off stage.

*Present time*

Kai's P.O.V~

As Sensei Wu finished the story, were all shocked.

"I can't believe you guys were in band together!" Jay said.

"Yeah, how come you never told us before?" Nya asked.

"We thought it best, that we would save it until the time was right!" Misako answered.

"Wow! Looks like we still have a lot of work to do!" Cole said.

"Do not worry! Patients, you're time will come!" Wu said.

We then all headed to bed since it was after midnight.

Misako's P.O.V~

It was definitely a night to remember and always will be.
I thought to myself as I said good night to Wu and headed to our room, with my husband in tow.

A/N Ok! How was that? It was just a little something I thought would be cool to put in! Poor Zane though, a rock star's life isn't easy but they'll back soon!
Anyway Chapter 9 will be up tomorrow night, that is if our power doesn't go out again.
