Merry Christmas My Young Lord/Lady

Melissa's POV:

I had put on my red dress and was in the carriage going to the Phantomhive Manor. Ceil has invited me to a Christmas party. I hate Christmas.

That was the day everything in my life changed.

Flashback (3 years ago) :

I was ten at the time. It was Christmas Eve. My maid and I were in town square getting ingredients for that night's dinner. We got home and I went to my friend's house.

I came home to a burning house. Before I could stop myself I ran into my house. I saw my mother and father burned and dead. My maid was in the same condition. I then passed out.

Flashback end.

I shivered at the memory. I took in a deep breath. This year's different. I actually have someone to spend it with. Someone who understands pain and isn't an angel. Someone who's actually human.

Ceil Phantomhive. I cringed. I don't understand but I've been feeling weird around him lately. Happy. Almost loving. No no no. Me....Lady Melissa Tsuki in love? Hahaha never in a million years.

Well maybe..."M'lady? Earth to M'lady." I whipped my head towards Lily. Her dress was green. I glared. "What's so important to interrupt my thoughts?" She just smiled at my rude behavior. "We're here."

I turned my head to see us outside of the highly decorated Manor. I shrugged and we got out of the carriage. Ceil and Sebastian were already waiting. Ceil was wearing green and Sebastian was wearing red. Cute really.

Ceil gave me a rare smile. "You look lovely Melissa." I internally shivered. I liked the way he said my name. He took my hand and we walked into the Manor. Tons of people were there. Suddenly I heard a high pitched shrill and I was thrown in the air.

Ceil's POV:

I was pacing back and forth in my study. It was the only place where the guest were not allowed. "Where is she?" I must have muttered that out loud because Sebastian looked at me and smirked.

"Who, my dear lord? Lady Melissa perhaps?" I tensed. I didn't answer. He let a chuckle pass his lips. "Of course it's Lady Melissa. She's the only one who's not here yet. And you love her. Right my lord?"

I turned around to face Sebastian. My face was red and hot. "I do not love her! I am betrothed remember?" He laughed at me. "You do love her Master. I, a demon, can even tell. It's the way you act and look at her. It's written all over your face."

I crossed my arms in embarrassment. I can't help the way I act and look at her. She's beautiful and wonderful. She's an amazing partner. She understands me.

"Master. She's here." I bolted up and practically ran out of the house to be stopped by Elizabeth. "Ceil! I haven't seen you all night. It's not fair. I want to spend time with you!!!!!" I sighed.

"Please excuse me Elizabeth. I need to greet the last guest." She looked like she was about to cry but I didn't care. I just wanted to see Melissa.

I walked outside to see her carriage and her and Lily inside. They stepped out and my breath hitched in my throat. I know Sebastian's breath hitched too.

Melissa looked absolutely stunning. So did Lily. They both had dresses on but Melissa's dress was red and Lily's dress was green. I walked up to her and have her one of my rare smiles. "You look lovely Melissa."

She gave me a rare smile herself. I grabbed her hand and dragged her inside. Suddenly, before I could react I heard a shrill scream and Melissa was thrown in the air.

Elizabeth threw her with such force she shot up in the air and came hurdling back down. Lily, Sebastian, and I had no time to react. "(Lady/M'lady) Melissa!" The three of us screamed.

She then did something I didn't expect her to do. She flipped over and started to spin. She landed safely on the floor and glared evily at Elizabeth. Elizabeth didn't seem to notice because she just growled.

"What are the likes of YOU doing holding hands with MY Ceil?!?!?!?" Melissa kept her calm and cool act on as her purple eyes narrowed dangerously.

"For one, I am a Noble, daughter of the Duke and Dutchess, Lady Melissa Tsuki. Secondly, I can hold hands with whoever I want. And last but not least dearest Ceil was just showing good hospitality to his guest."

Elizabeth looked like she was going to cry. She ran out of the manor. Paula her maid followed. Everyone looked at Melissa and glared. She almost flinched. She then ran off. I knew she ran to my study. The guest began to whisper.

"Lady Melissa? Well she's more of a bitch than I imagined. Making cute Elizabeth cry."

"Wow. For a Nobel she didn't seem like one."

"Why is she even here? She doesn't belong here after the incident."

I growled. How dare they talk about her like that. She was only defending herself. Elizabeth wasn't very lady like herself by throwing her. Sebastian and Lily looked ready to kill. I looked at them with anger blazing in my eyes.

Sebastian nodded. I turned to face the guest.

"How dare you?! Treating a Nobel of such disrespect!! She was only defending herself!!! Did you blind idiots not see her get thrown in the air?! She didn't yell or explode at Elizabeth! She handled the situation with poise and manners. You call yourselves Nobles?! You call yourselves Adults?! You all should be ashamed of yourself!!!!"

They looked shocked and scared. "We're sorry Earl Phantomhive-" I glared so hard at the man who spoke and he backed away. "Get out. All of you rats. You are all pest in this world who don't deserve to live. Leave my house. NOW!!!!"

Those bloody fools all left. Sebastian smirked at me. Lily nodded in thanks. I started to walk away. "Sebastian. Please clean everything up." "As you wish master." "I'll help too. It's the least I could do for you standing up for M'lady."

They started to clean and I walked into my study. Melissa was in tears. I immediately hugged her. "It's okay. I took care of them." She kept crying. "Melissa." She didn't look at me. "Melissa look at me." I said sternly. She still didn't look.

I grabbed her chin and forced her to look at me. "Everything will be okay now. Come. Everyone left. Let's go have hot chocolate by the fireplace okay?" She nodded.

"Thank you Ceil. Merry Christmas." I looked at her. She smiled at me and kissed me on my lips. It was warm and loving. I kissed back immediately. We pulled apart and I smiled back. "Merry Christmas Melissa" I then kissed her.

We made out a little then pulled apart. We walked down to the fireplace and sat down. Lily and Sebastian sat by us with hot chocolate. They both smiled and hugged each other while looking at us.

"Merry Christmas M'lady/Master"
