This one is a bit weird (like the others totally aren't right?) and the setting changes twice during the dream
Anyway, it starts with a mob of people walking under a bridge. Just under a bridge, not around it or anything. Also the bridge isn't over some massive river either, just over a desert (or something). So I think that's why the people were under so they wouldn't be in the sweltering heat.
There were all sorts of people, children, grandparents, and everything in between. All of the sudden, the brige started shaking, like it was about to fall over.
For some reason we were now in my school's cafeteria. Me and my dad (as well as everyone else) ran out to the sides. Keep in mind we were in the cafeteria, so there wasn't really a lot of space out of the "fall zone" if you will.
The bridge didn't fall though, so everyone went back under bridge. Because that's a good idea right? Needless to say the bridge started to shake again, not everyone decided run out. They must've thought it was like the last time, just shaking not actually falling.
I guess they didn't notice the bridge was shaking much, much more than last time. Me and my dad ran out again, I looked over my shoulder to see if there was anyone I could help.
There was, in fact it was some one who I used to be best friends with. Her name was Madison, and like a lot of friendships, we just parted ways. I still see her in the hallways sometimes but we never talk.
Anyway, I looked back, and for some odd reason I became super protective. I grabbed her arm, put her in front of me, and stood over her (I've always been taller than her), to protect her from any debris.
Seriously don't ask why my brain decided to put her there, I really don't know. Honestly, I think it could've been anyone behind me, and I would've done the same thing. Well maybe not parents, because, well they're adults they can take care of themselves. But if any children, even people in my class that aren't particulary nice to me, you better believe it. I don't know why, I'm just like that.
Whoopsie, let's get back to the dream shall we. So, I helped my friend, then the bridge fell. I didn't want to turn around, but I did eventually. It turns out it was only me, my dad, Madison, and maybe 5 or 6 other people who got out.
This is a dream, so there weren't any screams, no sickening crunch, and no blood. But the effect was still there, there was mostly shock and sounds of people sobbing over loved ones.
Yes, this was a really strange dream. Your guess is as good as mine on why I had it, but ........you know....
Ummm......
Here's a picture of my dog, to make you feel better, okay? Yeah, that's okay......
right?
