We need to talk

My eyes shot open it was Eyeless Jack I think. I haven't seen him in a few days. What does he want?

"What do you want?" I called out. "For us to talk" he responded. I grunted "Nightmare the door please" I pleaded covering my eyes with the back of my hand.

"Yeah yeah" Nightmare said annoyed. I heard footsteps then the clicking of the door handle. I heard the squeaking of the door hinges then footsteps receding as if Nightmare left.

"What did you want to talk about?" I asked knowing Eyeless Jack was standing in my door way. "I've been having odd dreams lately" Eyeless Jack said I heard him shudder as if the dreams even scared him.

"So? People have nightmares all the time" I said choosing my words but I don't really know why. "Interesting you say nightmare considering yours just opened the door" I heard slow footsteps coming my way. My eyes widened at his statement 'how does he know about her?' I thought not daring to move.

"Anyway what I really wanted to talk about was if you were having weird dreams" Eyeless Jack inquired. "I might of, I might not of what's it to you?" I asked cautiously. I heard him chuckle then sit on my bed. "Please get off my bed" I said quietly but E.J refused and stayed on my bed sitting next to me.

"Let's just cut to the chase, earlier today I heard you beating on Jeff and Ben for something but as far as I know they don't know what they did, but about three months ago before they met you they supposedly played a prank on you and you never got them back" E.J told the story. "But how did you know that?" I asked sitting up and looking E.J

"Remember you barged into my room and stole my hoodie 'cause you needed clothes" I did remember that but he shouldn't know that unless..... "y-you r-remember?" I asked cautiously. E.J nodded confirming my answer.

A smile curved on my lips. I bear hugged Eyeless Jack and said yes multiple times. I felt Eyeless Jack hug me back "I got my friend back" I whispered with a small smile. E.J and I were good friends not best friends, but good enough to hug.

I let go and looked at him with "wait how did you know I had my memory back?" I asked wearily. "Slendy told me you had your memory back" E.J explained. I nodded and stood up from my bed. 

"Hey Nightmare come back need to tell you something!" I called towards the door. Nightmare appeared in my doorway. "What is it?" she asked holding cheesecake on a silver plate in her hand.

"E.J remembers we aren't the only ones" I said with a giddy tone. I looked at E.J and I saw he was looking down like he was ashamed. "Actually I never forgot I just acted like I did" he said softly. "You never lost your memory? Then why did everyone else?" Nightmare asked confused but intrigued.

"Not all of us did... Jane, Sally and I still have our memory... we just woke up and you were gone and everyone was disoriented and every time one of us asked if they knew where you ran off to they looked at us like we were crazy" Eyeless Jack explained seriously.

"Then where are Jane and Sally now?" I asked wanting to talk to them. "Gone" E.J said softly... wait GONE?! "What do you mean?" I asked hoping it's not what I thought. "Their gone... just gone" E.J repeated with a sad tone. "Like they'll be back?" I asked with a hopeful tone."We hope so it's just we were attacked the three of us and Sally was kidnapped with Jane" E.J explained looking at the ground. 

I exhaled a breath that was being held in with relief "that's good 'cause I thought you meant they were dead" I confessed both Nightmare and E.J raised a brow at me with a look that told me that they were slightly concerned. 

"In my defence I kill people okay?" I shrugged my shoulders defending my honour. "Anyway we need to go find them!" I said with determined grin. Nightmare agreed and E.J nodded. "Do you know where they were taken E.J?" Nightmare asked looking at E.J she walked over to him. 

E.J nodded and Nightmare agreed. I jumped off my bed and landed on my feet only to wobble falling back to my bed. "But before we do anything I need sleep" I yawned with a giggle. E.J and Nightmare laughed. E.J left the room and Nightmare dissolved back into my head and I drifted off to sleep just like that I was very tired.
