Louis' P.O.V.

After Harry and I share our look, he shifts his attention down to a crumpled piece of paper on his desk. After he reads it, I see his body go rigid.

I quickly scan his mind to know who gave him the note and what it says, and I am shocked.

Maybe Daniel is bluffing though...?

I'll check that later, don't want anyone to think of me as a weirdo. I've been standing up here quiet for some time now after Daniel's question.

"Well, I don't find it scandalous, Daniel." I answer him, and his eyes narrow.

"How do you even know my name?" Daniel asks me, his voice somewhat hostile.

Whoops.

"...Lucky guess. You just have that Daniel vibe...and you're wearing white Vans." I say, and the class laughs.

I walk back to my seat quickly, avoiding any more questions. The teacher gives an annoyed sigh of relief, hoping that the class will pay attention now that I've gotten my introduction out of the the way. The teacher gets on with her lesson, and Harry rips a piece of paper out of his notebook, scribbles down something on it, and slides it to me quickly. I read it.

'Daniel says he knows about your secret! Louis, I'm worried. What does that mean for us? :('

I look at Harry, but he's now writing down notes from the board. I move my hand to his and slowly take his pencil out of his hand. He turns and looks at me, wondering why I just did that. I give him a soft smile and write down a response on the paper.

'You have absolutely nothing to worry about, love. Daniel was just bluffing, trust me, he knows nothing. <3'

After having four classes, it's time for lunch. I follow behind Harry closely, watching his back. No one shall harass him while I'm around. To my far right up ahead, I catch a jock staring Harry up and down. I quickly walk from behind Harry to his side and put my arm around him protectively. As Harry and I pass the jock, I give him a cold stare.

"So who do you usually sit with at lunch, Harry?" I ask him as we make it to the large, mall like cafeteria.

"I always sit alone. I have one or two friends, but they're more like acquaintances. They don't sit with me." Harry says, and I frown.

"Well, your days of sitting alone are over, dear." I tell him. Harry blushes as he guides me towards a table.

I thought he said he sits alone...?

There's people at this table he's guiding me to...

I look at Harry and he looks just as confused as I do. "I thought you sat alone?" I ask him, taking my arm from around his shoulder.

Before Harry can answer, a guy that is sitting at Harry's table get up and walks toward us. "What up King Tomlinson?!" the guy says, lifting his arms up with a large grin.

"You've made a name for yourself already and it's only your first day! You're the talk of the school, and believe me when I say that almost all of it is good." the lad says, his brown eyes bright.

"Almost?" I ask with a laugh, and out of the corner of my eye I see Harry shift uncomfortably.

"Yeah, there are still a lot of people that don't like you so much." laughs the broad guy. "Anyway, I'm Liam Payne. My group and I would like for you to join us."

"What about Harry?" I don't hesitate to ask, putting my arm back around his shoulders. "I mean, you are sitting at his table."

Liam looks back at his group, and they look displeased with what I just proposed.

"Uhm, sure. It's the least we can do for taking his table." Liam answers with a shrug, his demeanor suddenly not as friendly.

"Actually, nevermind, that's okay. Harry and I will gladly sit somewhere else, thanks." I say boldly, removing my arm from Harry's shoulders and gently grabbing his hand instead.
