Ethan's pov

"Ok please put your legs up here" the doctor says. Erin follows instructions. Her vagina exposed to everyone even Grayson. "Grayson eyes up here" I say glaring at him. Erin bends over in pain. "It's going to be ok" I shout over her screaming. The doctor sets up two beds for when the babies come out. I'm about to be a dad. What the fuck? I mean I've always been daddy af. "Ok I need you to push" the doctor says looking at Erin. "Ahhhhhh" Erin screams. I scream too because she is gripping my had so hard I think it's gonna fall off. "Ok good now one more time." "Your doing so good!" I say trying to encourage her. "Shut up you ass hole" she shouts as she pushes. I look in between her legs and I can see the top of a head. I think I'm going to die. That is nasty. I'm never going to look at my kids the same way ever again. She pushes one last time and us whole baby comes out. "Congrats you have a baby boy!" The doctor shouts. "Erin you did it" I say a tear falling from my eye as I look at my first born son. "I'm done that shit is nasty" Grayson says as he leaves the room.

Erin's pov

"Congrats you have a baby boy!" The doctor shouts. They put him on my chest and he starts to cry. Thank god. I look at Ethan and he starts to cry. "He's so cute" Ethan says looking at me and kissing my forehead. "Ok we have another baby to deliver"the doctor shouts. One of the midwives takes the baby off my chest and puts him in the baby bed so he can get cleaned up. "Let's get this other little guy out shall we?" Ethan says holding my hand tighter. I push again and again. A couple seconds later I hear a cry. The doctor holds up my second baby. "Another boy" she says. The midwife places the baby in the bed next to his brother. "Would you like to cut the umbilical cord?" The nurse asks Ethan. "Is it going to hurt them?" Ethan asks with a concerned tone. "No" the nurse says. Eth cuts the cord and smiles. "Will you take a picture of us for me?" Ethan asks giving his phone to Kyle. "Sure" Kyle says rolling his eyes and taking the phone. He takes the picture and then gives Ethan his phone back so they can take the babies away to clean them up. "I gotta text Grayson to let him know that he can come back" I say reaching for my phone. "Nah he's already scarred he will come back when he's ready" Ethan says laughing. "Good job today Mrs. Erin. And congratulations on your twins!" The doctor says. She leaves and shuts the door. "Ok look at this picture" Ethan says shoving his phone in my face. "Awe we look like a big happy family" I say grabbing Ethan's phone. "So I'm gonna go back to lobby and get Gray" Kyle says looking at the door. He leaves and now I can finally make dirty jokes. "Haha Ethan you really are daddy now" I smirk. "Shut up or I'll get you pregnant again" Ethan says laughing. "No thank you" I say pushing Ethan away. Someone knocks on the door. The door opens and there are two nurses carrying our babies. "Shit we forgot names" Ethan says. "Shh they are sleeping. Don't ever wake a sleeping baby." I say. The nurse hands one to me and one to Ethan. Grayson comes in and gasps and immediately runs over to Ethan and grabs the baby out of his arms. "Hey that's my son" Ethan says trying to grab him back. "It's my nephew so back off" Grayson says. "Ethan we need names" I say pulling out my phone and scrolling through google. "I would asks the fans but that would be too unoriginal" Ethan says laughing.
