1: Pool Party

So this is my first Alex story cx Also my first with using other peoples prospective! As usual I use my name in it but this story it actually works! I love that there's an All Time Low song with my name in it:)

Holly's POV:

Today is a hot summer day in Maryland, I have nothing to do but sit at home in the ac on tumblr. My phone starts to ring beside me, it was Alex. He's been my best friend ever since 8th grade when I moved from Pennsylvania and he got put in public school. Alex, Jack and I became very close and soon enough they met Rian and Zack and the band formed. The only thing I didn't like was Alex's girlfriend Tasha. Well, she didn't like me, she always made up lies about me and was a total bitch to me for no reason. They have been together since a few months after I met Alex. Even then she didn't like me.

"Hi Alex!" I say smiling to myself.

"Hey Holly! What are you doing today?"

"Are you really asking that Alex?" I start laughing and so did he.

"Haha right! Tumblr! So my parents went out for the day and I was just wondering if you want to come over and swim with me." I start to blush and smile like crazy before he corrects himself.

"And-uh the guys! And Tasha and her friend." My smile fades.

"Yeah that sounds great, I'll be over soon." I say sighing in my mind.

"Okay great! Cool! See you later!" And with that we hang up.

I grab my pillow and shove it to my face and scream with frustration. I like Alex more then a friend and I know we can't be together and seeing him with Tasha kills me, but I love spending time with Alex and the guys. I reluctantly get out of bed and search my drawers for my two piece. I'm a bigger built girl and I'm not too confident about my body. The guys say that I'm perfect the way I am but Tasha and her friends are skinny as models and make me feel like shit about myself. I grab my blue tankinie and strip out of my clothes and put the swim suit on. I put deodorant on and pull my hair out of a pony tail and brush out the long waves. My hair was a darkish brown that was long, it almost went past my boobs. In the sun it had a slight red tint to it. I throw on some soffee shorts and grab one of Zack's cut offs. I've had it ever since I went with them for one of their shows and some guy ripped my shirt off me, so Zack gave me his extra shirt. I put my towel in my bag and brought extra clothes, you never know what the boys have in mind. I put my wallet in my bag same with my phone. Sun glasses were sitting on my face and keys were in my left hand. I walk to the door and slide on my flip flops.

"Mom I'm going over to Alex's. I'll see you later, love you!"

"Okay love you too sweetie! Have fun with your boyfriend!" She always teases me about it.

"We aren't dating mom." I say sighing in an annoyed tone.

"Not yet! You guys are meant to be! I know it! You're never separated from each other for long." She laughs.

"Whatever you say mom." I walk out the door and walk to my car.

Alex's POV:

"So my parents went out for the day and I was just wondering if you want to come over and swim with me." I say to Holly through the phone, I feel my face get hot.

"And-uh the guys! And Tasha and her friend." After a pause she finally agrees and told me she would be over soon.

We say our goodbyes and hang up. I smile to myself. Holly was one of my bestfriends like Jack. I had some time to myself before Jack came over so I throw on my swim trunks. I went out back and turn on the radio then start to clean the pool for bugs.

"HEEEYY!" I turn around to see Jack walking pass the sliding glass door.

"Who's all coming?" He asks as he sits down in the chair and takes his shirt off.

"Zack, Rian, Tasha, her friend...an." I cut myself off.

"Annd whoo else Alex?" Jack says wiggling his eye brows at me, already knowing the answer.

"Holly." I say quickly.

"I knew it! Dude you like her I know it, you know it, so why are you still with Tasha?"

"Because I like Tasha! And me and Holly are just friends.."

"Mhm just 'friends' my ass."
I give him an annoyed look.

"Woah Holly's coming? Sweet!" Zack says as Rian follows behind him.

Jack turns to me "If you like her, more then a friend, you need to tell her, before Zack does." I sigh knowing Jack was right.

"When me and her can get a free moment, okay?" He nods his head.

I hear a squeal and turn around and see Zack spinning Holly in a circle. I instantly got jealous, but I was so happy to see her. Is it possible for you to be happy and jealous at the same time? Okay yeah I do like her so what? She seems to like Zack anyway. Jack just looks at me then back at them, he must be reading my mind.

Holly's POV:

I pull into Alex's driveway and walk into the familiar house that I found myself there quite often. I find his house more homey then my own. His parents were so accepting of me and loved me like one of their children. I walk pass the sliding glass door and was instantly pulled into a tight hug by Zack. He starts to spin me in circles and I start to scream. He lets go and I hug Rian. I guess I got here before Tasha, woo. I see Jack and Alex talking and I walk toward them.

"Whatcha guys talking about?" I ask as they both look at me.

"Our dicks!" Jack exclaims and they start giggling. So mature.

"When aren't you guys talking about your little dicks?" I make an 'O' with my lips and start to grin.

"It isnt small! You've never seen my dick!" Guess I offended Jack, oops.

Alex just stands there and chuckles. I give Jack a side hug and walk over to Alex with my short arms wide open.

"Do I get a hug?"

"Of course." he says as he smiles down at me and pulls me tightly into his bare chest.

As we let go I see Jack walk away to talk to Rian.

"Guess it's just you and me!" I say sitting down and pulling out my towel from my bag.

"Yep, just us two." He says sitting beside me.

"What's wrong?" I say putting my towel down beside me.

"It's nothing, just. I've been thinking a lot lately." He says fiddling with his thumbs.

"Ohh, okay."

Alex was rarely ever in this type of mood and when he was it was for something important. It's just better to let him be. I stand up and pat his shoulder.

"What ever its about everything will be okay bubby." I say ruffling his hair. I don't even remember why we called each other bubby, something stupid I guess. It's an Alex and I thing.

He smiles at me, "Thanks bubby." I smile back and pull my shorts down and take off my (Zacks) shirt and put them in a neat stack.

"Are we just going to stand around here all day or are we going to swim?" I say laughing to all of them as Zack grabs me and throws both of us into the pool.
