"Hey, Noah, can we drive over to LA?" I ask Noah. He looks at me puzzled.
"Why do you wanna go there?"
"I promised Leah I'll visit." I reply, "So I thought... Why not today?"
"Er.. Ok. I guess." Noah still doesn't feel comfortable around Leah after their fake relationship. I know its hard for him, but I have to go.
".. Are you sure it's ok?" I ask. I don't want to go if Noah doesn't feel like it.. I can't force him!
"Yeah, sure." he looks up, smiling. "If that's what you want, Pen."
I smile at him gratefully. "Thank you, Noah."
I kiss him on the cheek quickly and then go to my bedroom. I take my phone and text Leah.
