Shadow loved his room so much. He slept so comfortably in his BearBed, and almost overslept. He knew that the hooded got up at seven o'clock everyday. He dreamed about his sword, and remembered to make a sheath when he woke up. He got up and out of bed, and took time to stretch and jump up and down a couple of times to get his mind ready, then went right into his forging room. He had purple and blue lace, and silver, emerald and dark-evergreen metals. He put the silver and dark-evergreen in one forge, smelt it, then poured it into the mold. Then, in the other forge, he put the emerald in, and did the same thing, and poured it into a different mold. He waited and waited, then decided to get breakfast. Shadow walked through the hallways, and came to the cave center. There were a couple of breakfast bars open, so he decided to go to one with meat. He sat down next to a big man who was dressed for battle, and looked like he was about to head out on a mission. He had a big orange beard and had little hair on his head, and was very bulky. On his back was a broadsword, and the biggest that Shadow's ever seen or made! Shadow decided to say hello, after he ordered bacon. "Hi, mi name's Shadow. What's yours?" He extended his hand. The man grabbed his hand and shook it as he said "Name's Gavin. I'm an inventor down the hall." his voice was very low, as expected for a big man. "What's your job?" Shadow politely replied "Blacksmith, down the hall as well. I'm glad I get to meet you. Maybe we could be buddies?" "I like that! Well, I do hate to cut our conversation short, but I got a mission to do. See ya!" Said Gavin very cheerfully. "Good luck, Gavin!" Said shadow. They both smiled and waved. Shadow remembered his sheath, so he scarfed down his bacon and put the rest in his pockets and said "Thanks!" to the chef as he ran to his room. Shadow was again stopped by Aaron, who asked Shadow what the rush was. "I'm late! I'm late! For a very important... Sheath!" Said Shadow. "So you're making a sheath finally, huh? Well, maybe you can talk to the inventor about weapon plans after he gets back from his mission." said Aaron. "You mean Gavin? I just met him, he's really nice! We're buddies!" replied Shadow. "Alright, that's nice. Just ask him about the weapons after he gets back. Now, go, make your sheath!" said Aaron. Shadow started sprinting again and said "Thanks!"

Later, Shadow finished his sheath. It had a dark green cover and silver tips with purple lace at the hilt and electric blue at the tip. He messed with the mold a bit to fit his sword, and he finally got some thick black lace to tie around his waist and shoulders. He finished adjusting everything and tried putting his sword in. It fit perfectly, and it felt comfortable. After a while of admiring it, he decided to hang the sheath from his wall next to his BearBed. Shadow was so proud of himself.
