Saturday

"Oh shit," Tessa cursed from my bed as I was in my bathroom applying my makeup because I was getting ready to go over to Justin's for dinner.

"What?" I mumbled, trying to make sure that I didn't mess up my eyeliner. For some reason that was the hardest for me because I was a perfectionist and I needed both eyes cut to the T or else it would drive me crazy.

"You're all over the internet. There's so many pictures of you and Justin, like it's actually crazy how many candids there are," she chuckled before letting out and oh. "The fans are going apeshit, it's kinda funny."

I stepped back to examine my eyes and I looked pretty damn good. I'm no makeup guru, but I sure as hell could cut a bitch with my sharp lines. "One last touch," I brushed highlighter onto the upper part of my cheek bones in a slight downward stroke so I was glowing to the Gods. "Yas," I said to myself before walking back into my room to see Tessa on her stomach scrolling through her phone. "What are you going on about?" I perched my hands up on my hips and laughed.

"Come here," she waved me over and I hopped up onto my bed beside her crossing my legs in front of me. "Just scroll."

I took her phone and did just that, seeing picture after picture of Justin and I at Sugarfish yesterday. I had a flashback of that crazy time and it made me shutter.

"Justin over here!"

"Who's the pretty lady?"

"Is this your new girlfriend?"

All the cameras and people were a little overwhelming and I knew that Justin was annoyed. He couldn't wait to get inside and away from everyone. I actually felt bad because I experienced first hand that he couldn't really go anywhere without someone holding a camera or phone in his face, trying to get a shot.

"You two look cute together," Tessa bumped her shoulder into mine. "Like look at how his hand is rested on your back," she pointed at the picture I was looking at.

"He was trying to get us inside," I laughed. "That shit was crazy, Tess."

"I can see that, especially when y'all were leaving. The snap you sent me...girl!" she laughed while shaking her head as I scrolled to the pictures of Justin and I leaving Sugarfish You could see Justin's expression go from happy to aggravated.

"Yo, back up," Justin said to the paparazzi, his tone full of agitation. "Keep your head down," he told me as I was walking in front of him to the car waiting along the curb.

I felt a hand touch my arm and Mikey, Justin's bodyguard immediately stepped into action by pushing the person away and asking if I was okay.

"Yes," I sent him a small smile although it actually gave me anxiety because of the amount of people that were outside.

"Oh my God," I heard a female voice scream. "Justin!"

Then there were more screams and I couldn't even make out what anyone was saying.

"Guys, can you please not scream at me," Justin responded.

I looked back at Justin and he gave me a tight lipped smile before I slipped into the backseat of his Escalade. At first he was going to drive himself because he really wanted to follow through with his date idea, but he told me that it wouldn't have been a good idea and now I knew why. "Holy shit," I breathed out as Justin slid in beside me before the door came to a close, the voices becoming incoherent murmurs.
