So I keep seeing comments on Sushi's question of which readers live in Ohio, and because I know us British species are outnumbered I thought I'd give you an insight into where I live in Britain.
I am from the South East in a place called Hampshire. No, not that New Hampshire place that every seems to be talking about, HAMPSHIRE Hampshire. The original Hampshire. Hampshire

There we are, the majestic county in which I reside. (btw I'm not in South East Hampshire, Hampshire is just in the South East of the UK)

Now Hampshire can be a beautiful place, filled with lovely scenery and historic buildings. Take Jane Austen's house and the village around it:

In the summer, temperatures can soar past 30 degrees Celsius and wow the world with the heat, and in the winter, it's below freezing by October. I'm not kidding. It as been -2 degrees in some areas already. It's cold.
We have about two weeks of summer, burning, scorching hot summer that's unbearable, and then afterwards it's back to the rain. Great.
