So, my goal is to stop being this lazy, especially when it comes to writing. So I've decided to add Sakuno's stuttering! When I reread over the last chapter, she seemed kinda out of character, so I will fix that. And by the time you are reading this, I probably already did.

Really sorry that it's taken me so long to update. I've been really busy with midterms/finals, and I want to thank everyone for being so patient! Therefore, I promise I will commit as much time as possible to write. Thank you all for reading this story!

By the way, the whole story is in Naru's POV.

Enough. Now on with the chappy!

Previous Chapter

"Sure," I answer, not knowing that what I was about to find out was going to change my life... forever.

Or will it? :P

Naru's POV

"Where are you taking me?" I wonder out loud. Saku-chan... she has this mixed expression on her face. Like serious, but sad; stern, but... jealous? That last expression... why does she have it there? Did something happen? Did she want to confide something to me, a girl she just met?

Jealousy. Huh. Is it a boy? If so, why would she be jealous of me? Could it be Ryo?

All of these questions are jumbled in my head, and I don't notice when she stops walking. Accidently bumping into her, both of us fall towards the floor. Everything seems to go in slow motion, and I close my eyes, waiting for the impact.

And then...

Someone catches me.

Jk! :)

No, actually, I hit the ground, and my leg starts bleeding. :(

Meh. Whatever.

Anyways, I get up quickly, and apologize to Saku-chan. She stutters, "I-It's ok." She starts brushing dust off of her skirt, and she doesn't appear to have been hurt anywhere. Humph. Lucky her.

"Th-This is the place I'm taking you..." She trails off and stares at my leg.

"What?" I ask. Doesn't she know it's rude to stare?

"A-Are you okay? Y-your leg... i-it's b-bleeding..."

"Ohh... don't worry, it's fine. See, it's almost stopped bleeding."

"S-Still, we h-have to get it c-cleaned up, o-or there w-will be an i-infection."

"But-"

"N-No buts. L-Let's go to th-the bathroom to g-get you c-cleaned up."

Time Skip to After That because the author feels lazy

We're back at the little bench, and Saku-chan starts stuttering something I can't hear, 'cause she's speaking... no, she's whispering something incoherent. (I used a big word... not really :)

I feel so confuzzled. "Sorry, I didn't hear you. What?"

Saku-chan, using a louder voice this time, says, "S-Sorry... I w-wanted to a-ask you a v-very important q-question."

"Alright, what is it?" I ask. I need to get rid of that stuttering habit of hers.

"U-Umm... do y-you like... d-do y-you l-like R-Ryoma-k-kun?"

What?! I feel my face start to heat up. Calm down, there's no way that Saku-chan would also like like him... right? (Oh, if only you knew, Naru, if only you knew.)
