"What were you two fighting about, Alit?"
"Why should I tell you?"
Dumon sighed.
"I'm only trying to protect you."
I looked at him.
"Protect me? So Mizeal told you."
"Yeah."
He was lying. I know, because his voice is uneven.
"Did find anything about Nasch and Merag?" I asked changing the subject.
"No, but I did find something that might help us find them."
"What is that?" I asked.
"Well, you see we-
"Dumon, Alit! Vector's awake!"
Dumon looked at me.
"I'll tell you later."
He walked away. I followed him. What did he want to say?
