Honestly, I would never have expected that I would be upset to leave and go home.

Once we had eaten the meal that we had fixed together, I basically passed out until it was time for me to leave the next day.

I hated that I needed to go but I had told Lee hyung that I would be back before we start our comeback. I dragged around the guest room that I stayed in as I collected my things so that Sami could take me to the airport.

Once I was finished packing, I tossed my bag over my shoulder and head out to see Sami laying on her side flipping through channels. "Never nothing on," she mumbles.

I tapped her on her shoulder to signal her that I was ready for her to take me to the airport.

Sami propped herself up on the couch as she lifted the remote to turn off the television. She then comes around and heads to the front door, picking up her keys and the both of us leaving her place.

Once outside, Sami popped the trunk so I could place my bag inside. While doing so, she hopped into the driver seat and I got into the passenger seat both of us strapping ourselves before she turning the key.

We wait a moment, allowing the car to warm up before pulling out of the driveway.

I take one glimpse at her place, hoping that the next time I came, it would be for a long instead of just for a day.

Sami drove for about 30 minutes until we finally arrived at the airport and she parked her car in the short term parking. She turns off the engine while leaning to the side for my head to the back to get my bag from the trunk.

While heading inside the airport, I'd made sure that my face mask was covering my face. As soon as I look at her, she started to giggle.

Confused, I stared at her wondering why she was laughing.

But she just waved her hands in front of her while shaking her head. "It's Nothing."

I tilt my head to the side still confused but by now, I was coming up to where I needed to check in so I couldn't ask her what was so funny. Before checking in, I type something on my phone and hand it over to her.
