Chapter 16 – Part 1
“What’s wrong Danny?” I was starting to get worried and I can guarantee that Danny could hear it in my voice.
“Okay Jamie. Let me make you a promise. If you ask me a question I will answer it honestly but If I ask you a question I want an honest answer back.”
“Okay then what do you want to know?”I had absolutely no idea what he wanted to know.
“How did your parents die?”
“Car crash”
“Where is your brother?”
“He went to see my Aunt.”
“Come on then we have to hurry!” He said pulling me over to the car.
“Wait I wan to ask a question.
“Okay.”
“Why did you want to know all that stuff?”
“Liam told you he was in trouble and that people are after him. He also told you that if they didn’t get Liam then they are going to come after you.”
“How do you know all that stuff?” I was really starting to get a bad feel from all this and I knew that if this didn’t get cleared up soon I would end up having a panic attack.
My brother Dylan, or ‘D’ as you called him, is the person after your brother and we need to get to him before it is too late!”
“Too late for what?”
“Too late to save him.”
