"I still can't believe you have a date!" Kendall squealed. Natalie was asleep in her room, so we'd went to my flat while Finn was staying with Natalie to see if she was okay.

"I know, and we're going to one of those international restaurants." I was beaming.

"Now, what to wear? You have an LBD, a skirt and top, or a red dress."

I gazed over my clothes and chose my LBD, because it's something you can never go wrong with, right?

"Oh, by the way, I don't mind if Greg and you come." I threw that in casually. I was nervous about having a proper meal with Tyler, and wanted friends there for support.

"Why? Are you sure?" Kendall stared at me.

"Yeah. I don't want it to be awkward, and you guys will ease it. I'll just ask Tyler now."

I grabbed my phone and sent a quick text- Hi Tyler, can you please please please add two to our reservation? My friends Kendall and Greg want to come! Please?- A X

Sure, it's okay. Eases awkwardness, right? Good move XD - T X

"He's perfect, see why?" I showed Kendall the text as she tried my red dress on.

"Aw, he gets you." Kendall laughed. "Zip me up?"

I did, then sat staring at the screen.

This was my first date since I was fifteen. I had went out with a gorgeous boy, Jordan Trivets. He made me melt, I loved it. I gave my virginity to him. He ended up moving to Ireland, where his Grandma was on her deathbed. When she died their family stayed in her house.

I honestly thought it was the end of the world for me- my first love, gone. Of course I didn't love him though. It was a schoolgirl crush.

I had focused on my GCSEs and my gap year after that, not too fussed on the dating thing. If my man came, he would sweep me off my feet. I wouldn't fall for the first man I saw.

And now I'm 18, it's time to get back into dating. I want a boyfriend, not to show him off but to care about. So far the closest I have to a boyfriend is Finn and Kendall, my closest friends.

"What do you think?" Kendall spun around and asked me. She looked amazing.

"The red lipstick looks so good with it! Keep the dress, I don't look half as good as my best friend. Greg is going to love it." I squealed. Kendall twirled and flipped her hair.

"Thank you, thank you." She curtseyed.

There was a knock at the door, and I answered.

"Wow, Amber! You actually look fit!" He looked me up and down. Kendall walked in and bent down for her shoes, which Finn noticed. "And Kendall, Greg is incredibly lucky!"

"Okay, why didn't you say Tyler's lucky?" I crossed my arms.

"I respect Greg, I can't call Kendall fit. But I don't know this Tyler (who seems like a dork by the way) so I can call you fit, sexy, bangable, a good f-"

"THANK YOU FINN!" Kendall blocked her ears.

"Just because you're a virgin." Finn raised his eyebrows.

"Just because you wish you were." Kendall retorted.

"If I was a virgin I wouldn't be me."

"Good point Phineas."

"Phineas?" Finn questioned.

"Finn is probably short for Phineas. AND AMBER IS FERB!" Kendall yelled.

"We have neighbours." Finn pointed out.

"Natalie across the hall? I think she can manage because her sleeping state is very close to a dead state." I chipped in.

"Alright Ferb." Finn teased. I laughed and hugged Finn.

"We're going now, bye!"

I had decided to meet Tyler there because there was no awkwardness in the car that way. I wasn't drinking, as I'm not the type of person that has alcohol ridiculously often, and neither is Kendall, so we'll easily have ways home.

Kendall texted Greg to meet us at the restaurant, and we left.

We got to the restaurant a few minutes before Greg, who Kendall swooned at in his shirt.

"There's Tyler!" I said, pointing to the attractive man walking up to us. Greg raised his eyebrows at the looks Kendall was giving him, and held his hand to the small of her back and brought her closer.

"Hi Amber." He said, before bending down and kissing my cheek. "Hi, I'm Tyler." He turned to the other two.

"Hi, I'm Kendall. This is my boyfriend Greg."

I was the one to raise my eyebrows this time. She just said it so casually but commitment is a big thing for Kendall- boyfriend and girlfriend meant a lot to her.

Greg also noticed the boyfriend comment and kissed her cheek. He was blushing and grinning so much.

"Should we go in?" Tyler didn't know what the word boyfriend implied to Kendall, and so just accepted it as anyone would.

"Course." I said.

We went in and asked for our seats, where candles were lit and twinkling. There was soft music in the background and laughter and chatter amongst everyone. It was amazing.

"I'm starting to get the feeling that this place isn't going to serve me a pizza." Greg said.

"It's international. So is pizza." Tyler pointed out, grabbing two menus, and giving me one.

"I don't know about main course but this apple and cinnamon pie looks incredible." I said.

"You can't skip dinner when we're in a posh place like this. They'll judge you and kick you out because you're a chav." Tyler stated.

"Okay, so dinner is only for the non chavs?" I questioned.

"No, but everyone here has like fifty courses of tiny things and if you don't you're not rich to them- a chav." Greg helped Tyler.

"Ah. Of course." Kendall nodded, still focusing on the menu. "Pizza here is all posh. Peppers and feta cheese and breadsticks."

I giggled at her, and Tyler caught my eye.

"You look so cute when you giggle like that."
