The Beast Titan's Daughter

Part 2 : Chapter 5

After a few weeks, people who wanted to attend the 105th Training Corps would go sign up. Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Jean show Little to the camps, everyone is staring at them as they go. Little notices that they're all staring at Eren like he's going to erupt and Little wants to rip their eyes out. As everyone goes in, Armin warns her of the head instructor, Keith Shadis. Little rolls her eyes and waves goodbye.

She bumps into someone and quickly apologizes. It turns out to be Beast Titan's follower, who now goes by Marcus. He growls threateningly and leaves a surprised, yet furious Little behind.

"Whoa", Little mutters in awe.

At least hundred people in field were around, waiting to be shown around. Little looks at the different kind of people that surround her. Little hears a girl gossip to her friends, "Don't you think it's weird to have the Training Corps early? Has to be because of that Eren Yeager guy. I don't know why they haven't killed him yet. Did you see how the inside of Wall Maria is in ruins? I'm would've thought they put him in a cage."

Little defends angrily, "Eren didn't mean to cause that much damage."

The girl turns around and sizes up Little. She sasses, "Who are you and who do you think you are?"

Little didn't know which name to tell her because she's fuming inside and she notices that everyone is listening into their conversation, including Keith Shadis. Little answers, "I'm Eren's friend and who I am is none of your business. Though I wouldn't want to know who you are since you look like the person who likes the spotlight and would do anything to get it."

The girl turns red and she yells angrily, "How dare you! What? Are you infatuated with that monster or something?"

Little growls angrily and suddenly Erwin's voice speaks in her head, "Little, calm down. Don't let her win."

Little immediately looks up at a hill where Erwin and Levi are watching. She looks back at the girl and breathes deeply to calm down. She clicks her tongue and says in a bored tone, "You're not worth it."

She walks away and Keith finally cuts in. He yells, "Get in formation and give me a salute."

I feel bad for the humans being yelled at by this Keith Shadis person. He goes to the next person looking for his next victim which was apparently me. Shadis gets right up in my face and yells, "You think you're so tough, don't you! I saw your little performance cadet! What do you have to say for yourself?"

I look him straight in the eye and growl, "Get out of my face."

He blinks in surprise and his glare becomes stronger which I find amusing. I answer, "I was protecting my friend's honor. I didn't know that wasn't allowed."

We stare at each other and he yells, "Go give me some suicide runs until the sun sets. The rest of you go get settle! Go!"

I smile happily to annoy him and started running.

This is better than getting settled...

I open the door to the cabin and a voice snarls, "How was your run?"

I turn to see the girl from before and I shrug, and head toward my bunk in the back. I take off my jacket and I lay down, staring up at the ceiling.

"So that's the master's daughter", I thought while I thought back to her fight with that girl.

"Did you see Little?" my master voice asks loudly.

"Yes. Is she so protective of the ones close to her?" I ask respectfully.

"Yes, she gets it from her mother. Anyway, I want you befriend her and get information", he orders.

"Yes master."
