I attempt to free myself from their deadly grip, but no prevail. I manage to catch a glimpse of the force that had dragged me in. It looked like a sea monster-type of creature.
Is that it then? Am I going to drown to death? I close my eyes and soon lose consciousness.

"No you're not!" An angelic voice reassures me.
Hirono's P.O.V
Akane is violently sucked into the water by an unknown force.
This is all because of me. Akane could die...
...all because of me...
Do you want your friend to die?
No. No! NO!
Then use me. There will be consequences though, nothing too important, as long as you're willing to put them aside...

I am blinded by a luminescence from an unknown source, which showed no sign of disappearing.

My mind returns to the beach, feeling much lighter than before. I know what I must do.
Is that it then? Am I going to drown to death? I could hear Akane's thoughts somehow.
"No you are not!" I yelled, thrusting through the water. I swiftly grab Akane's hand and swim upwards at a supernatural pace. We kept on going higher, and higher. We finally reach the surface, me still having a firm grip onto Akane's wrist, and I place Akane onto the sand to let her breathe.
