an angry swazz decided to go to johnson's house after his fight with cara. johnson was the most reasonable person to go in this moment.

"so is the bet off?" johnson asked john after he finished explaining what went down at cara's earlier.

"no." john shook his head. "i'm still gonna do it."

"are you sure? like do you really need the money that bad?" johnson questioned causing swazz to furrow his eyebrows. "this isn't worth it."

"what are you talking about? she rejected you too johnson." he spat.

"so? doesn't mean i want to follow through with this plan to break her heart. you just get up and move on." johnson shrugged.

swazz shook his head in disbelief, "i'm doing this for all guys. i'm tired of cara thinking she's on top of the world. i'm going to bring her down, johnson. and imma make money in the process."

johnson shook his head, realizing he can't get through to his friend and he would have to sit back and watch this whole plan blow up in everyone's faces.

swazz waited until nightfall to call cara to apologize. he was still pissed at her, but he figured he would have to make up soon so he could get the bet with over sooner and have cara out his life.

"yes?" cara harshly answered the phone.

"well hello to you too." swazz chuckled into the phone.

"what do you want john?" cara huffed, not in the mood to talk to him anymore.

"i wanted to say i'm sorry about earlier." he sighed.

"okay."

"oh gee swazz, i'm sorry too." john mocked in her voice.

"you said some pretty hurtful things john..." cara's voice became smaller making john's heart pinch but he ignored the feeling.

"we both did." he sighed again, running his hands through his hair.

"why'd you get so mad?" cara asked.

john sighed again. "uh, i don't know. i guess hearing you say i'm not boyfriend material made me mad because i'm crazy about you." he said causing cara's breath to hitch.

"john..." she started to say.

"i know you don't date, but part of me was hoping you'd change your mind for me." he chuckled nervously.

"i- i- i don't know john. me and relationships just never seem to work." cara told him truthfully.

"can i change your mind?" cara furrowed her eyebrows. "how about i take you on a date... as friends? and see where it goes from there."

cara bit her lip to stop the smile coming onto her face. "sure, john." she agreed.

"great." john cheesed as well even though neither could see each other. "i'll pick you up tomorrow."

"okay."

"goodnight caroline." john smirked at the sound of her name.

cara rolled her eyes, "goodnight john."
