"hey," swazz jogged up towards caroline the following week at school. "how's your ankle?"

"oh," she shrugged, looking down and tilted her foot up. "it's good. a little pain, but i'll be okay."

"can i carry your books?" john offered when he noticed the binders and textbooks in her hand. he didn't bother waiting for her answer, he took them anyway.

cara furrowed her eyebrows slightly, but smiled. "uh, thanks."

"where to?" john asked giving her one of his best smiles. he needed to speed things up with cara because even if that meant being up her ass twenty four seven. everyday john was seeing his mom grow weaker and he knew he needed that money fast.

"uh, chemistry." cara replied. john nodded. the two walked side by side to her class. as they did, stares came from all around the halls. everyone was confused, especially the guys. how did john swift manage to get to talk to cara delevingne. swazz knew his was going to go down in history for this and hopefully cara so he can dip quick.

cara suddenly stopped at a classroom door, "this is my class." she told swazz.

"oh." he looked in the class and handed her back her books. "um, can i come over later?" he scratched the back of his neck. cara raised her eyebrows up questionably. "to study, i mean," he quickly rephrased himself. "i still can't get what we did last time and i just need a refresher."

cara sighed deeply, "alright." she nodded and swazz silently cheered to himself. "no funny business though." she gave him a sharp look with the point of her finger.

john raised his hands up in defense, "i promise. strictly studying."

she gave him a praising nod, "i'll see you later on then."

"what do you want nate?" jordyn rolled her eyes when she noticed the boy slide into he seat next to her. she decided against looking at him and instead at the homework she had yet to do.

"dang, jordyn." he smirked at her attitude. "you still mad about ninth grade?" he chuckled, shaking his head.

jordyn rolled her eyes again, "oh, you mean when you played me? then yeah, i'm still mad."

nate shrugged, "well i think we should become friends."

jordyn snorted, finally decided to look at him. "and why's that?"

the smirk on nate's face came back as he grabbed a strand of jordyn's purple hair, lifting it up. "well it seems that my boy, swazz, and your girl, cara, seem to be hitting it off quite nicely." he smiled smugly.

she swatted nate away from her hair, quickly pulling back by her sides. the darker skinned girl scoffed with a laugh. "yeah right. like cara would ever be into swazz or anyone in your crew."

nate shrugged, "you never know." he leaned in causing jordyn's breath to hitch in her throat as she remained glued in her position. nate's lips brushed against her ear. "but something tells me swazz wants to get real close." he pulled away with smirk leaving jordyn with a bad feeling.
