Chapter 5: Chase

Mac chased after him but went out through the back lower floor window. He didn't question how fast the guy had gotten out. Mac tried to keep up as the guy darted through the back alleyways and made sharp twits and turns.

Eventually he lost the guy. Mac kicked the ground and started making his way back to the school.

Headmaster Lloyd met him at the school's front gates. The slight silver and blond hair almost shimered in the morning light. Lloyd smiled at Mac "How did the plan work?" He asked. The blackish brunette frowned "Its was great but apparently one detail was left out." Lloyd raised a questioning eyebrow "The guy has elemental powers," Mac finished.

Lloyd's eyes widened "What do you mean, he has elemental powers?" The older man asked.

Mac kicked the dirt "The guy has ice powers he can changed the temperature, freeze things, create snowballs," the boy explained.

Lloyd nodded "This does add to the complications to the situation," he murmured. Lloyd turned his attention to Mac "You shouldn't go again tonight," he stated. Mac looked alarmed "What? But headma-"

"No Mac, I'm sorry but you can't be involved anymore, if you got hurt or worse, what will I do?" Lloyd said.

Mac took a deep breath then sighed "I'll stay headmaster Lloyd," he said. Mac left before his teacher could say much more.

Mac waited until it was early morning. He needed to find the cyborg from before. He drifted downward to the ground slowly and softly to not wake anyone then left to ninjago city.

Mac sat behind the museum at night and waited for the guy. Something over nearby. Mac looked up "Oh, hi," he said.

The guy glared at him "You came back again," he stated.

Mac nodded "I wa-" the guy bolted back from where he came. Mac followed afterwards. He used the wind the help speed him up and slow the cyborg down.

The two went through twisted narrow alleyways until Mac tackled the guy into a small abandoned hideout. Mac held the guy down "I HAVE A SCROLL AND WANT TO TALK TO YOU!" He half yelled.

The guy stared at him "What?"
