Chapter 23 Lovatic

So here's what you missed on Glee...Liam's biggest idol is Demi Lovato. Ryder's mom saw Liam and Ryder kiss and that's what you missed on Glee!!!

So the first part of this story will be a little rushed, I want to get to some Demi Lovato songs.

Liam walked into the choir room the following Monday in a blue camo teeshirt, leather cargo jacket, skinny jeans and dark blue Doc Martins. Everyone stared at him. Not because of what he was wearing though. It was because he had temporarily dyed his hair. He had done it blonde with pink and blue streaks. Riley walked and couldn't take her eyes off Liam.
"What the hell have you done?" Riley shrieked before laughing and running her hands through his hair.
"It's only temporary. It is national Lovatic week after all" Liam explained. Everyone groaned, they knew immediately what this meant and they were trying to mentally prepare for it. Liam walked over to the whiteboard and wrote Lovatic on the board. Ryder walked in late once again.
"Who's the new kid oooooohh my god that's my boyfriend" Ryder says. Liam wasn't even listening. He was humming Heart Attack. Ryder got closer and ran his hands through Liam's hair.
"Don't worry it's temporary. It'll wash out in a week" Liam explained.
"Isn't Mr Shue supposed to be in charge of assignments?" Jake asked.
"He's in meetings all morning and I'm the first person he saw in school...so he said I could decide the theme of the week" Liam explained.
"So we're doing Demi Lovato?" Kitty asked, she had clear concern.
"You could say the theme chose me really" Liam laughed while looking into the corner of the room. Ryder looked into the corner trying to see what Liam was talking to.
"Babe what're you talking to?" Ryder whispered in Liam's ear.
"The man" Liam replied.
"Okay then" Ryder says before mouthing crazy to everyone when Liam wasn't looking.
"The assignment is to sing your favourite Demi songs. If any of sing Skyscraper I'll cut you" Liam warned. Everyone laughed thinking it was a joke.
"No he's serious" Ryder explained. Everyone's smiles faded.

Ryder got home late after school, he had been instructed to go to bootcamp after school which was run by Mike and Brittany. Their first session was all about stretching techniques. Thank fuck it was over now though because his legs felt like jelly. He threw his keys on his couch, locked the door and stripped down until he was naked. His parents had said they were hosting some party tonight and he needed to dress smart casual. So he pulled on his heart boxers and searched through his closet. He picked out a denim shirt, navy blue sports jacket, chinos and hi tops. He thought that he looked smart casual. So he slid down the stair case and walked into the front room. A lump the size of a football formed in his throat when he saw the bannister.

He felt like he was going to pass out. Did his parents know something? Well of course they did. Ryder quickly scanned the room. There were rainbow coloured gay pride flags, streamers, basically anything and everything you could make out of crepe paper. Ryder's parents were in the corner, chatting loudly with Ryder's Aunt Etta. Ryder slid the door shut and had a mini panic attack in the hallway. He fumbled his hand into his pocket and pulled out his phone. He had Liam on speed dial so it was easy enough to call him.
"Hello?" Liam asked in a London accent. (A/N NOT ALL BRITISH PEOPLE HAVE ACCENTS, MAINLY LONDON PEOPLE DO JS IT REALLY PISSED ME OFF WHEN PEOPLE SAY ALL BRITISH PEOPLE HAVE ACCENTS).
"Why the hell are you speaking London?" Ryder whispered.
"I like to stay both random and interesting...plus I just watched a video of Demi doing a London accent" Liam explained, Ryder laughed.
"Sometimes I just think you love Demi more than me" Ryder smiled.
"There have been dreams of all three of us" Liam laughed. Ryder's smile grew wider, other things grew as well (A/N WINK, WINK, NUDGE, NUDGE).
"So why'd you call?" Liam laughed.
"I think my parents are throwing a coming out party" Ryder chuckled. He was happy that if they did know that they cared enough to throw a coming out party.
"Yeah I know everyone's invited" Liam replied.
"Define everyone please?" Ryder demanded. They wouldn't invite the whole junior class would they? Of course they would, they're his parents.
"Me, Adam, Riley, Clara, Marley, Jake and Mr Shue I think. The rest is your family" Liam explained. Oh god Jake was coming. Jake didn't have any problem with Ryder being gay, he sometimes got the impression that Jake felt slightly uncomfortable in some situations though. Now there was a whole party dedicated to being gay. Ryder never would have thought Jake would agree to something like that, he was a true best friend.
"Jake's coming?" Ryder laughed, he honestly couldn't believe that all of his friends were about to celebrate something that most people view as wrong.
"Yeah and he told me some story about a condom and an apple pie. Do I want to know?" Liam enquired. Ryder could tell his eyebrows were raised.
"That sounds a lot worse than it was" Ryder laughed hysterically.
"As long as I don't catch you whacking off to to an Aunt Bessy's box I think we'll be fine" Liam says, no one who was sane could've said that with a straight face.
"Liam Anderson you kiss your mother with that mouth?" Ryder asked, his jaw completely dropped.
"You'll soon find out what I can do with mouth Mr Lynn" Liam says in his dull sexy voice. Ryder froze. Was he ready to do it? Was Ryder ready to do it? If both of them were ready to do it, would they do it? Was their relationship about to go to the next level?
