Dear Daddy,
Today is Valentine's Day at school. Mommy helped me make some for my whole class! Though I made an extra special one for my friend Lea- she's really funny and has pencils that smell like fruit.
I wish I could ask you what I should say to her, but you haven't written me back.
Mommy said she's sent all the letters I made, and that yours must've gotten lost in the mail.
Stupid mailman, he's not doing his job right.
