Rylie's POV

"God dammit," Harry muttered under his breath. He sat down at the end of the bed and rested his head in his hands. "I should have thought about you before I spoke."

I leaned up and rested my hand on Harry's cheek. He slowly looked over at me, raising a brow. I flushed and moved my hand away. I didn't really know if he was comfortable with that or not. He took my hand back and squeezed it gently.

"Harry...it's fine. I didn't really want to go. I like spending time with you," I say truthfully.

Harry nods slowly. He looked exhausted. There were dark circles under his eyes and he continued to yawn.

"You should lie down," I suggested. I got up and helped him lay down, as if he were a child. Harry raised his arms up and from the smirk he was giving me, he was kidding. I still took the cover and tucked him in. He then lied his arms back down and rested his cheek against the pillow. He was asleep in seconds.

"That was so sweet."

I flinched and turned around, seeing Gemma watching me from the doorway to the kitchen.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to intrude," she whispered, looking worried.

I shake my head and walk into the kitchen. Gemma silently offered me coffee and I thankfully took it. As we sat and sipped on our coffee, I look through Instagram.

"So, why did you wake up so early?"

I raised my brow and finally checked the time on my phone. It was only five in the morning.

"I'm not sure. I don't usually," I answer. I don't remember even falling asleep or what time it had been.

Gemma nodded slowly, thinking. "Oh, well do you want to borrow some clothes. Those don't look comfortable," she whispered.

I looked down at my clothes. I was still wearing the jeans and sweatshirt from the day before.

"Yes please, that would be great," I tell her.

She leads me to her room and hands me some pajama pants and a long t shirt. "Here you go," she tells me and smiles. I nod and grab the clothes. I walk into the bathroom and change. A few minutes later, Gemma knocked. I opened the door and she smiled, not saying anything. She just handed me some pancakes.

"Thanks," I whispered. I then walked back into the kitchen and lied everything down on the table. I begin to eat and listen to Harry's soft snores.

I still was a little giddy from what he had said earlier. It's ridiculous, I know. But I just can't help it.

The next few hours are spent talking to Gemma and texting my mom about my whereabouts. My lie was that I stayed over at Maddie's house because I had went to watch a movie and got sick halfway through. Therefore I was in no condition to drive.

I regretted the lie, because I had no way to get my car back. I would have to ask Harry about that gas option he had told me about earlier. I hated to prove him right, but I would need my car. I didn't have a school to go to, since I work at home, but I do have some kind of social life. Also, I liked my car.

My mom told me it was fine, but that she had been worried sick. I should have called last night instead of falling asleep in Harry's car. Actually, I should have called as soon as I had woken up. Harry even said the police had been involved. Thank god they don't know my actual whereabouts. I don't need more problems.

Harry woke up around twelve and joined us in the kitchen. His hair was curly on one side and flatter on the other. It was actually kind of cute.

Cute?
