Chapter VII - Strange Things

"You know, i miss the days where there were no big dinosaurs everywhere"

I have been here on Earth since it was born, i had a paper with a prophecy written on it by my father David Young.    

Apparently there were three consciousnesses before me, the Mody before me called them: "The Monster and the scout" he said his name was The friend of the mammals.

I don't know why he did, but those were the names of the ones before me.  I walk around looking at these creatures studying them closely. It seems as David Young died in some sort of way but Thea was turned into a white ish grey moon.

For the first time i have been able to launch myself in the air using some jet boots i made out of some metals i dugout from the ground a while back, but that can't be a way of transportation because it attracts the flying dinosaurs.

i tried making them with no sound but the fire coming out from the boots still glows and a glowing fireball in the night is more attractive than the moon so i could only move on foot, i woke up approximately 184 million years ago, it might seem long but to me i just repair my mechanical parts with metals i mine and my biological body just survives off of biologically engineered Thean cells i create from freshly dead animals.

i guess my name would be the scientist if i had to choose a name, but it is lonely i think that the three Mody's before me have lived together and talked, but i have no idea how.

maybe i am the lonely one, although i don't like it but it seems that this is the name for me.

but there were other names for them which i like, the monster kept his name, i don't know why but the other two have called themselves the first and the second, which makes me the third, i like being the third.

-approximately 65 million years ago

Mody has been walking creating ways to go around the planet, this single continental planet. he made a vehicle to go around with some wooden parts running on nothing but water vapor it was fast enough to save him from getting swallowed from a big T-Rex. And he made a hut because he thought that he doesn't need  to explore more of this sad planet.

He created a telescope so he can watch Thea closely, he watched Thea as it moved through the sky. He only saw.one face of Thea. And he always imagined that David Young was in the opposite side of Thea facing away from The Earth.

One day he was looking through the sky left and right just looking around, watching stars, when he saw a glow he stared at the light, it was moving.

Everyday since he saw the light, the light got bigger and bigger, Mody had two theories for this either it was a growing star that is going to swallow the Earth or a glowing rock coming near the Earth.

"that is strange, isn't it?". "I guess i should study the situation" "but i am not sure that this is a threat" "the fifth planet's gravity pull will take care of it, or will it?" "i am not positive" "but what if" "it wont" "i think i'll just make two plans?" "two plans sounds right enough". "why am i talking to myself?" "i don't know i like it though" "what should the plan be if there is a meteor crashing here?" "is it even big enough to do that much damage?" "i think it is not a really big threat if the gravity pull from the fifth planet doesn't disturb it the atmosphere would get it"

"i think i should build a bunker just in case".

Mody kept talking to himself like a maniac, but he knew he wasn't insane he was just lonely. he built a bunker underground and he made a makeshift satellite with a small camera to go around the Earth and hopefully catch some pictures of this sad planet and possibly Thea's corpse.
