Kay's POV

'Happy birthday Kay~' My classmate greeted me. I nodded then thanked her.

"Saeng-il Chukkahae Kayyy~" My bestfriend hugged me then i said thanks then hugged back.

"So...What's your plan to do on your special day?" My best friend asked.

"Hmm...I don't really know...After class, maybe I'll just immediately go home and have a dinner with my mom." I told her.

"By the way...Have you seen Jisung? I haven't seen him since the first period..." I asked.

"Uhmm...maybe he's just busy doing some errands or something...yeah..hehe" My friend laughed nervously at the end...

Hmm...Weird...But I'm a little bit disappointed since Jisung didn't even greet me a Happy birthday...He didn't even showed up in school...It's the first time that he didn't showed up on my birthday since we were kids...Yes...He's my childhood friend that I like.

I sighed as I shrugged those thoughts away when the bell ringed signaling for the next class.

➵Time skip

"Okay class dismissed." The teacher said.

All of my classmates went out of the classroom even my friends without saying anything...

Eh? I just shrugged those thoughts off then sighed as I proceeded going home.

"Mom? Dad? Hello?" I opened the front door of our home but no one was in the house...Which is weird since my mom said that I should go home immediately because they were waiting for me.

I sighed again.

I was about to get some food on the fridge then I saw a sticky note on it.

"To Kay:
-Go to the nearest café shop, then the flower shop beside it, after that proceed to your favorite park on the town."

I was really curious about that...but still, i followed what the sticky note said.

I went out to go to the nearest café shop, they gave me a medium-sized decorated box, even I was really curious i just accepted it. Then i went to the flower shop, they gave me a boquet of my favorite flower. Eh?. After that, I went to the park immediately...

There were balloons, foods, gifts and other decorative stuffs on the center part of the park.

Then I saw someone...It's jisung...

He smiled as he walked towards me.

"I thought you were busy and---" He cut me off by hugging me.

"Happy Birthday Kay~" He greeted me as he pulled away.

"Actually, I wasn't doing some errands. I was actually helping your mon and dad to decorate and to prepare the stuffs for your birthday...And of course, Why would I miss my Best friend's special day." He smiled at me.

"Wow..."

I could feel Jisung looking at me while i was mesmerizing the park.

"You know what, I think this is the time that I'll tell this to you..." He said while looking down.

"Tell me what?"

He held both of my hands and then he looked at me with a smile on his face.

"To tell you that...I have special feelings towards you...since we were kids...i had a crush on you.. That's why I'm really shy if i'll talk to you ...I like you..and.." He gave me a pink rose with a white ribbon on it. "Happy birthday." He smiled.

After that confession...everyone appeared...including my mom and dad...so that's why they were acting like that...before i could thank them i hugged jisung then I said..

"Thank you so much jisung, I like you too~" I smiled at him.

Everyone cheered and smiled at us..

I cleared my throat, signaling to keep quiet for a minute.

"First of all, I've never been this happy in my life...Thank you so much everyone...Mom, dad..Thank you for everything...to my friends, classmates...I appreaciate all of these...Kamsahamnida...i'm very speechless right now...but i still manage to say this to everyone..." I smiled then we made a group hug.

Jisung looked at me then smiled...I blushed then smiled back.

This was the best day ever.
