Chapter 5 Zakiyah's pov I woke up with Cameron in the same bed as me. "Ahhhhhhh" I screamed when I realize he was shirtless with his arms around me. I pushed him out of the bed and he fell to the floor groaning. "What the fuck, Zakiyah!" He yelled. "I'm sorry we made a deal you can't sleep in my bed!" "You were knocked out sleep I didn't want to blow the blow up bed up while you were sleeping. Excuse me for caring!" "Fuck you nigga! Stay out of my bed" I got out of the bed and walked to the bathroom to only here a whole bunch of stuff being punch. I pretty sure when I leave the bathroom there will be a whole in our while again he hates when I call him nigga. I sighed and did my daily stuff to here someone knocking on the door. I opened the door and saw Aj. She looked spooked. "You okay?" I asked her. "No not really what happened to your room and why was the front door opened" "I stepped out of the bathroom and ran out to only bump into Aaron or Cameron. I looked up and saw my dad. "Hi sweetheart" "Please leave I'm allergic to bullshit!" I sneered then I felt a hot pain against my cheek. I grabbed it knowing my dad slapped me. "You will not talk to me that way young lady!" He spit at me. "Yo that's not right man your not supposed to hit a girl man I'll have you arrested!" Aj yelled. "Shut up ratchet hoe" "Oh hell no you did not just call me a hoe! Yes I'm ratchet but I ain't no hoe" Aj charged him and there was a loud bang. Aj's pov (only time I will do this probably) I felt the bullet it went right through me. I looked at Zakiyah and I saw fear and sadness already in her eyes. I couldn't feel where the bullet had gone but I knew I was going to die anyway. I fell to the ground and I heared a scream. I heared Zakiyah crying. I heared Nia screaming into a phone. 'When did Nia come?' I wondered. Soon might sight started changing colors. Then I only saw the color black. I then felt arms around me. They were strong. I knew it was Aaron cause he was holding me to tight. There was blood coming out my mouth now. *cough* yup I'm dying well now I don't have to tell Aaron that my mom wants me to move to Tokyo with her. "Babe please stay with me" Aaron's voice so slightly there. "Be my warrior please stay with me" Aaron was crying for me. Don't cry baby I'm here just I can't move. I realized soon enough that I was dying quickly the ambulance wasn't going to make it in time. "I-----love------you" I mustered up the words enough to let Aaron here. "Don't leave me please" I could hold on anymore I was to weak. I smiled and I felt Aaron cry harder but I could hear it anymore. I was done. Zakiyah's pov I watched as Aaron cried is eyes out. He held Aj so hard I swear he was killing her quicker. "Aaron I think she's gone" "No! She can't be! Babe stay with me" "I---- love-----you" was the last thing I didn't want to hear right now for her pale lips. My best friend has just died right in front of me. I broke down crying as hard as I could. My dad did this to her and he will pay. He shot at her and killed her.i grabbed my phone and left the room. The ambulance got here and went into our bedroom soon the brought Aj out Aaron carrying her not wanting to let her go I assume. He looked like he was on the verge of tears again. ~time skip~ We were in the hospital waiting for the doctor. Finally he came out of the room with a half smile on his face. "She is not dead but in a deep sleep that we out her in. She would have to stay in the sleep until we get all the blood out of her systems" Even though since we got here I haven't cried so I can be strong for Aneyka. Aj's little sister but at that moment I had to cry. I broke down and cried my eyes out. I couldn't take it this was my fault. I continued to cry when I felt soft hands rubbing my back. I looked up to see Cameron. Once again I jumped into his arms and he held me wispering soft things into my ear. "I'm sorry Zakiyah it's okay I promise" Then the one person I didn't want to see walked in. "Hello how's everyone?" My dad asked walking into the waiting room. Aaron stood up and pulled out a gun from his pants. "What the fuck are you doing here man?" He asked holding his gun tightly. "Came to see my daughter's hoeish friends. Just to see who she hanging out" "My girlfriend wasn't no hoe an neither are anyone else now I don't want to go to jail but you should though!" "No why should I?" "Don't play dumb dad you shot Aj" I yelled. "He's the man who shot my big sister" Aneyka said starting to cry. "Die bad man die!" Aaron cocked his gun and held it right aimed at his heart "how am I supposed to take care of Aneyka! Huh! She's grieving already over here father who just died!" "Listen I felt like I was in danger so I shot her" he said easing his hands up. Then Aaron, Aneyka, and Nia all ran towards him. There was three pops. Aneyka was on the ground bleeding. Aaron was holding his leg. Nia was just breathing hard and looking relieved she didn't get shot. My dad looked at me and Cameron and smiled at us. "Now look what you have done Zakiyah your ghetto friend have all gotten shot" he said smiling. Then he started smiling then he started bleeding he walked to me and grabbed at me. "Let me go let me go" I screamed. He started to choke me and he said with a demon voice. "I WILL END YOU" I jolted awake at look around my room.
