A Few days later.
"Bye Emma I'll text you once I get there"Zach says as he hugs me.
"Bye I'll miss you."
I put my arms around his neck and he puts his arms around my waist.
"I'll miss you too..I want you to come."
"I can't but I get to know if it's all out." I say smiling.
"I'm gonna miss your smile."
"Okay Zach you gotta go." I say pecking his lips
"Have a fun trip!"
"Bye Emma I love you."
"Bye baby I love you too have a safe flight." I say as I move my arms from his neck. He walks out the door.

I run up the stairs and text Sam.

I knock on sams door.
"Woah you seem pissed what's wrong?"
"My dad is being a douche. Can we go on a walk...please?"

Sam closes the door.
"Emma can I tell you something very private?"
"Yes"
"My dad and my mom beat me."she says looking down as we walk.
"WHAT?!?" I say as I stop and go in front of her.
"I-i-i was always afraid to tell you because it's embarrassing...."
"Does Alex know?"
"Yeah he seen it."

Sam lifts her shirt and shows me a big bruise.
"This happened today."
"Sam!!! You can't live like this."

I give her a hug.

We saw Alex walking over. Sam runs up to him.
"What happened?" Alex says.
"After I hung up this happened..." she lifts her shirt.
"SAM WHAT THE FUCK HE IS AN ASS HOLE."
I walk up to them.
"Alex shh I don't want people to hear!" She says as she puts her hand over his mouth.
"Sam you need to tell someone." I say.
"No I can't it will get worse you guys don't understand." She says as she sits down on a curb.
"Fine I'll go talk to that dick." Alex says.
"No stop Alex...I told my teacher once and I came home and my father broke my arm."
"WHAT THE FUCK." I say pissed off. As I sit in front of her on the empty road.
"I just wish my mom wouldn't encourage him. I just want this to be over."
"Sam stop it." Alex says as he sits beside her.
"Do you guys want to sleepover tonight...so you don't have to come back here."
"If you don't mind...what about Alex?"
"He can come too."
"okay thanks Emma."
"Okay let's stop talking about this and let's do something" Alex says as he gets up and pulls sams hand to lift her up.

"Emma pizza is here!" My mom yells threw the house. Sam Alex and I walk down the stairs.
"We are gonna eat in the living room." I say to my mom as I grab the pizza.
"Okay but text Zach he texted me saying he misses you."

The next day.
"Bye guys" I say as I shut the door.
"Emma we have to leave now to go to the hospital to do one last thing and see if your cancer free."
"Okay" I say as I put shoes on.

"I'm nervous I don't know what to expect." I say to my mom.
"I'm nervous as well."
"....you are cancer free..." I didn't know what the doctor said before that or after that but all I heard was that I was cancer free.

To Sam: ...
From Sam: Emma tell me you're scaring me.
To Sam: Come over in an hour or so and I'll tell you I'm still at the hospital...
From Sam: I'm scared.
"Thank you so much!!" My mom says to the doctor as she hugs him.
"No problem."
"Okay thanks again." My mom says as we walk out the hospital.

"Im cancer free!!"
"WHAT OH MY GOD IM SO HAPPY." She says as she hugs me.
"Me too." I say as I hug back.
"Does Zach know?"
"No Zach said once he gets back we will do a broadcast together and that's when I'll tell him."
"Emma oh my god you don't understand I'm so fucking happy."she says hugging me again.
"I can't wait for Zachs reaction."
"When does he come back?"
"In like a week...I miss my baby."

"Have you texted him?"
"No not yet I told him to text me once he isn't busy and once he lands and stuff."

I look down to my phone and I can't help but smile.
From Zach: hi baby sorry I haven't texted you I have been really busy but you've been on my mind all day like I miss you so fucking much I love you and I can't wait to see you...hopefully you text back soon so I can FaceTime you..I miss you like crazy 💓👅
To Zach: I miss you so fucking much as well and yes FaceTime me I miss you.

"Hiii babe!!!!!" Zach says.
"Hi Zach SHIT I miss you!!"
"Hi Zach!" Sam says as she pops in the camera frame.
"Did you get any news yet?" Zach says
"No not yet."

"How is Paris??"
"It's amazing the stores here are so big I wish you were here with me."
