I stepped into the club, attempting to shove my ID back into my small purse. I was being shoved around by multiple people, drunk and sober. Stumbling back, I ran into someone.

"Shit." I heard a deep voice cursed. Turning around I locked eyes with a much larger, curly haired male. "Sorry." I mumbled captivated in his deep green eyes.

I quickly turned around and headed towards the bar, desperately needing a drink. A strong drink.

I took a seat at the bar, "I'll have a whiskey." I said the the bartender, who had way too little clothing on.

"Coming right up." She replied, pouring my drink and adding a few ice cubes. I don't normally drink straight whiskey, but after everything happened with James, I needed it.

I put the small cup to my lips, tipping my head back and letting the liquid glide down my throat. Numbing my mouth, and burning my throat. I coughed a little, squeezing my eyes shut. Slowly I placed the drink down on the counter, and rested my head in the palm of my hand, thinking about James.

*flashback*

I walked into our apartment. Sighing, I looked around, James nowhere to be seen. Confused, I set my keys down and went up to our bedroom. Halfway up the stairs I heard repetitive thumping coming from the bedroom. I tried not to let my mind wander to the worst thing that could be happening in that room, but it did.

I soon stood in front of the door, the thumping noise still audible. Now, with soft moans. I didn't want to open the door, I didn't want to see what was going on in there, but I did. I grabbed the handle and turned, pushing the door open.

I gasped at the sight. James hovering over some blond, thrusting in and out of her, still oblivious of my presence.

"Are you fucking kidding me?!" I yelled, anger boiling. They both scrambled to cover themselves, but I had already seen enough.

"Alice, it's uh-" James started but I cut him off.

"Save it! This is exactly what it looks like! God, I really thought you were different." I yelled back at him, walking towards the closet. Shoving my things in a bag.

"Alice, no. Don't go, let me explain." James pleaded. Turning to him I looked at him in shock.

"Explain what? That you're here, in our apartment, in our bed, screwing a blond bimbo!? I leave for a week and this is what I come back to?" I scoffed, walking towards the door.

James has no words. I didn't want to hear his sappy excuses anyways.

"Bye James."

*End of flashback*

I sighed, downing another swig of whiskey. A tear gliding down my cheek. How could I be so stupid to fall for someone like James. I knew of his past, a player. That's all he is, and all he ever will. My thoughts were faltered by a slightly familiar deep voice,

"Hey." I heard the deep voice say towards me. I turned to see the same deep green eyes and curly hair I had bumped into when I first entered the club.

"You're the one I got shoved into, aren't you?" I chuckled a little, swishing my drink around in my hand. My mind a little fuzzy from the drink. I've always been a lightweight when it came to drinking.

"Oh yeah, little rude you are." Green eyes smirked, looking down at my drink. "What is a fine girl doing sitting alone at a bar, drinking straight whiskey?"

I shook my head, looking back down to my drink, clinking my ice cubes together as I continued to swish my drink around.

"I'm not sure, and I'm not quiet alone." I pointed to a rather old male, passed out and slumped over the counter. A deep chuckled was released from Green eyes' throat as he looked at the drunk.

"So, what's your name?" Green eyes asked, looking down at me. He was quite taller than me, me only being 5'3, that's not very hard to beat.

"Alice." I replied with a full smile. "And yours?"

"Harry. Harry Styles." He grinned back at me.
