Only a Bad Boy

Cassandra^

"Honey i know this is had and im sorry it is 5 month trial and if we like it we can stay you will be going to a public school and we will have a house on the beach. Honey this will be great for us" i can see my mums pleading eyes for my blessing.

But i just got my dream boyfriend im doing great in school i have a job and a great best friend. But deep down i know this is best for mum.

"When do we leave?" i sigh

"We leave Saturday"

"SATURDAY!"

"Yes. i'm going to the fish and chip shop for dinner. So start packing and what do you want for dinner?"

"The usual" i say in a monotone voice. My mum comes over and hugs me then kisses me on the cheek

"Everything will turn out fine."

"I know mum" i sigh

Mum leaves soon after and i go upstairs and start packing stuff from my room into boxes. Then i will do my bathroom, spare room and i will do the living room and laundry while mum does her bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and helps me with the living room.

(2 hours later)

I have packed up all the stuff i wont be using in the next 5 days and i have unscrewed my bead and broke it down so I'm just sleeping on my matters. I decide to call Cass.

It rings 3 times before she answers

"Hey" i say trying to sound happy

"Whats wrong?" she asks concerned

maybe i wasn't so good at hiding that " i just got a boyfriend, i have straight A's and i have a great best friend and well um.."

"We have established that beofe if you have nothing else to say I'm hanging up" she jokes

"I'm moving"

"Thtas great" what? "will you be closer to me and the school? i would be able to walk to your house" she sounds so excited which what makes the next part so hard.

"No I'm moving, moving like 12 hours away"

Silence that is all i here silence.

"Cass? Cass?.......Cass?.... HEY CASS you there?"

"ding dong" the doorbell rings

"I walk down the stairs and open the door and there is standing Cass

"How did you get here so quick?"

"My mum was driving past anyway now what did you say the phone was stuffing up i thought you said your moving twelve hours away" she laughs and i stare at the ground "Ellie? You where joking right?" she ask a little worried

"I'm sorry Cass i only found out today i have been packing for the last 2 hours i leave Saturday"

"SATURDAY!" I can see tears forming in Cass' eyes. "where is it"

"It is near Byron bay i forgot what it was called" i start crying now and Cass pulls me into a hug and starts crying as well. After about 15 minutes of crying and ranting about why and ec cetera we head up stairs to my room.

"So a public school?" Cass asks. we have both calmed down now and have both accepted its a good thing

"Yep"

"House on the beach?"

"yep"

"Will you play soccer up there?" she asks looking at a magazine
