Looking down at the small monsters, you snarl loudly, making them jump. Before they could even react, your hand began to glow, spikes hitting them in all directions. Silent tears rolled down from your eyes, making the voice take more control of you.
More EXP. More LOVE. More insanity.
You're pretty ridiculous right now. Why cry over something you can't control anymore, hm?
Your body shook, falling to your knees. Dust covered your entire body. Face, hands, wings, clothes. They were all covered in the remains of monsters you... killed.
Covering your ears, you felt another wave of pain hit you. The soul trapped inside the dark vines was humming rather loudly. It never did that before, but you had a guess as to why the sound it made was louder than it had been: it's fighting back.
I'm surprised you haven't realized who I am yet, (Y/n). You never did like me.
Trying to think, you couldn't place the voice. Of course, it was there somewhere in your mind where you've heard it before.
You were forced to stand up, heading down a path. Through Snowdin, through Waterfall, through Hotlands. That voice was taking you straight to King Asgore's castle. She was going to force you to kill him.
Sans' P.O.V.~
Pacing in the Judgement Hall, I waited. She'd come. Chara would make her kill King Asgore.
Minutes went by slower than I'd like them to. Soon, however, I heard the footsteps approach me. Freezing in place, I glance over to see (Y/n) standing there, those eyes burning into me.
"I guess we have to fight now, huh?" I mumble to myself sadly. I give her a remorseful look, but she growled at me.
"You're lucky I'm not killing the others yet, Sans. If I did, I'd start with your brother just to spite you." Her eyes turned darker, yet I still saw the light in her eyes that I saw the first night.
Shakily, I turned so I was facing her, letting my hand glow. "I don't want to hurt you. I've never wanted to hurt you. I love you, too much for my own good."
She snorted, almost as if she didn't believe me. Yet, her hand began to glow lightly, making me teleport, avoiding three long spikes that came from the ground. I ended up just behind the spikes, looking through them at the wolf.
"Please, don't make me do this!" I yell, feeling a tear roll down my cheekbone.
(Y/n)'s eyes flickered for a moment, turning darker after. She bared her fangs at me, launching herself at me. Her claws were bared, nearly hitting me as I sidestepped and teleported behind her.
I held my left hand out, surrounding her with my psychokinesis, forcing her into the nearest column. Shaking, I only stared as her body fell to the ground. I couldn't bring myself to kill her.

My breathing hitched as (Y/n) stood back up, wiping blood from her cheek. Her eyes glared daggers at me, her body limping forward.
I surrounded her with blue bones, making sure she couldn't pass through. "(Y/n), please. Don't make me do this." My voice was barely a whisper, but her ears twitched, making me realize she heard.
Her eyes changed back to their normal (e/c) glow. "S-Sans... kill me. I th-thought I could f-fight her, but she's... strong."
Tears were running down her face as she spoke, taking my mind off of my own tears. Quickly, I let the bones fall to dust, running over to her body and hugging her close.
"Please. Be okay."
She sobbed into my shoulder for a minute. One minute was all she had before the demon snarled at me. My arms were still wrapped tightly around her torso.
My silent tears quickened as my left hand began to glow. I shut my eyes, pointing my fingers up, feeling her body tense and freeze for a second.
"I'm sorry," I repeated over and over, letting my eyes open to see the bone going through her chest and back.
She surprised me as I let the bone disappear, feeling her bring me to my knees. (Y/n) chuckled softly, her eyes their normal (e/c), but dulled. She let blood slip from her muzzle and open wound.
Her soul popped out as she fell back, making everything hit me like a bullet. I just killed my soulmate.
The soul pulsed and hummed at me, making me start sobbing. It was like she was tormenting me by doing this. Killing my soul, tearing piece by piece.
Growling, I look up to the ceiling of the Judgement Hall, blue tears rolling down my face. They hit the ground with a sound like rain hitting the ground. "I want to reset! Please, let me reset!"
Suddenly, everything turned dark. The only two things I saw were two words:
Continue or Reset.A hand was placed on my shoulder, making me turn around, meeting (e/c) eyes. Even though she was human, I knew who she was. I smile sadly at her, pulling her close to me. She held onto me, almost as if she never wanted to let go ever again.
"Sans," her soft voice sobbed out, making my grip tighter.
"I know, (Y/n). I know," I answer, letting my tears catch in her clothes. "Y-you didn't mean any of it. It wasn't you."
She pulled back, almost like she was going to fight me still. Until I saw the only thing I could do was ACT. I checked her stats.
Two hundred attack. Five hundred defense. LV thirty-nine.
(Y/n) gave me a sad look as she saw my face turn to confusion. "I used to kill. That power, my anger, made me do everything I did. Before I met you, I was level twenty." She wanted to keep going, but I stopped her, reaching a hand out to her.
"Don't be that way," I say as she grabbed my hand, letting me pull her close. "You have me, and I'll always love you. But, please, don't let yourself face Chara alone. I'll always help you."
She pulled back, walking towards the reset. "I love you," she whispered.
Nodding at her, I let tears escape again. "I love you, too."
Shakily, she pressed the word, making everything go black.
