there was a big bomb after jay walked away. I ran after him. Scared on what would happen. I'm not allowed to go on the fire island without any permission from my dad but this was very important. I ran into his house and I saw is brother and him watching tv. It's like they didn't hear anything. The noise I heard was near the portal. Near the portal. Oh my god. "Abrey? What's wrong?" his brother is like my brother. He supports me in everything. "Don't talk to her kyle. Nothing is wrong with we." i'm shocked. Jay is too close to me. He know I don't like him like that. "Jay don't be like that. You know what's going on." he gets up and walks up to me. He looked at me and walked away. "Somethings bothering you what's up?" I looked at him and didn't say anything for awhile. "We need to go through."
Kyle was so confused. I don't blame him. I would be too. "There was a bang we need to find out what it was and I think it came from the other side. I just want to make sure of it." kyle looked scared. "We can't do anything abrey. It's been 7 years since I used my powers. And me and you are weak." I stopped what I was doing and looked at him. "Im strong." And I got my things and left. Kyle looked like he was getting his bag. Anyone could come. I need to tell my brother. He is probably scared to know where I- hes waiting by the portal. "Kyle told me. You ready?" I was very confused. "What? I dont know whats happening?" "me and kyle are going. We got this thing. We can do it" I didn't say anything. I just hugged him. Kyle ran up behind us. "Ready?" I thought of jay. "Hold on."
Me: im sorry jay. I have to.
"Alright. Lets go."
