chapter 3: i'll help.

Nothing will ever be the same again. We walked through the portal. We were never supposed to. It's our fault. Forget it. I have to find out what the hell that noise was. Kyle and Jacob finally got through and it was my turn. It looks safe enough, but what if their dead. I look behind me to see if anyones there. Nobody. Ok you can do this. No hesitation. Just go. And I go. There's a bunch of colours but it's going too fast I can't tell what ones. Green maybe. Purple? Red? I don't know. Something feels bad that i'm doing this but it also feels good. To be away from my controlling dad. If he finds out i'm dead. No joke. "We have to hurry up and find out what the hell that bang was" I just nodded my head and started walking. I knew a lot about this place. There were books all over the library. No one found them because you needed royal blood to go in. aka me. This place was way different then what i thought though. There was a lot of thin tubes and white coats and a bunch of tables. "HEY! What are you kids doing in there?? That portal is off limits!" Jacob was about to run right back through. "I'm sorry. We were just running from someone and we sorta ended up here. It wasn't our intention to come here. We can leave." He looked at me like I was crazy. Or felt bad for me I didn't know. But that's when i realized the portal behind me, was glowing. "How did you get that to work? We tried everything and then you're here and it's working! How?" Jacob and Kyle looked at me. This is what happened when our ancestors walked through. We all knew it was our fault. "We just threw a apple through to see if it worked. And then it flashed." I'm pretty sure we are going to die. Eventually we are going to die. I'm not sure when but soon. "That's incredible. Thank you! We have to go through asap!" jacob grabbed my and because I was going to do something. "NO YOU CAN'T!" Kyle basically screamed! "Whys that? You don't know how long we waited for this moment. The last portal. Is open!"

"Because you have to let the world know. But in person. Not the news. This important right?"

"Well yes but we need t-"

"THE NEWS YES THE NEWS"

At this point I just wanted to go home and tell everyone to get prepared for a fight. What is my dad going to think of me. "What if we go through to tell everyone in that world about you coming?" I just want to go home. "No you kids have to leave and I guess we can go country to country to tell people. You kids need to leave." He took out arms and led us out of the building. "Guys remember this building." And I walked to the side of the road and just sat down. "How are we going to get back?" I just was quiet for awhile. A loud car was going to drive by and just stopped in front of us. "Hey you guys seem like you have no way of getting back. Where do you live?" we all looked at each other and said "fire and everything." The guys looked at us weird. Of course they would. "Can you help us get back in there? We kinda need to get through a portal." They were about to drive away when Kyle freaked out and shot fire across the field. "I'm sorry but that is what happens when your dad put that rule. It just came out." The field was going to burn to the ground so I shot out water and looked at him. "Be careful next time." The guys looked at us like we were aliens. To them, we were. "I'll help you"
