Niall's eyes widen and his bright smile turns to a scowl. Eleanor and Perrie continue staring at me with confused looks.
"I thought you said you and Liam weren't close" Eleanor speaks reliving some what of the tension away.
"We aren't I actually hate him that's why I need you're help"
I could see the uneasiness in Niall's eyes I can tell he wants to leave but he is to much of a good person to do that.
"Help me out here Rose I'm lost and I think everyone else is to" Perrie asks.
I let out a large sigh for I was about to tell them about Sophia's challenge. I don't know if I should tell them everything in the beginning with Liam returning my phone and the whole party miss hap but I decide to go with the Sophia story.
"Well when I went to work Liam was there and when I went to the break room to grab Liam's jacket I see Sophia in the store she basically said a few things to me which I will not repeat and it ended up with me being invited to the Feast Ball and proving to her I have a boyfriend that I'm not single"
I feel uneasy after telling Niall, Perrie and Eleanor this story but I do need help I can't do this on my own. How did I get myself into this mess I just wish life was more simple when I was back home doing nothing but dreaming and writing.
"Why do you need to prove anything to her?" Niall asks harshly
"It's complicated like I said I'm not going to repeat some things she said to me"
"I'll go tell her off if you want"
"No I think beating her up would be a much more suitable approach Perrie" Eleanor adds.
All four us begin to burst into laughter and taking a sip of our drinks. The drink Niall recommended is pretty good vanilla is my favorite flavor so it did bring a sweet memory that filled my heart with warmth. Even though I've only known these three people in front of me for two weeks I feel so connected to them. This amount of dependence has fallen upon them guiding me to the light that leads to pure bliss.
"First step finding you a boyfriend well fake one if you want" Perrie speaks
"Do you know any guys like a crush or something?" Eleanor asks
"Nope I don't have a crush or know any guys other than the boys and Jake"
"Jake?.." Niall asks sternly
"Yeah Jake he's my boss but he's around my age" I reply with a shaky voice. I am unsure of Jake's age I mistook his looks for his youth but looks are deceiving for all I know he could be 24 or older. I can tell when Jake likes someone and his target is you Liam's words ring through my mind. Was he telling the truth or was it another one of his mind games only to tear down the remaining pieces of my heart to come crumbling down.
"Maybe he can be your fake boyfriend" Perrie says cheerfully
Niall and I both start to choke on our drinks on Perrie's input.
"No way I'm I going to let that happen" Niall replies after choking on his drink.
"I suppose you have a better idea" Eleanor speaks sarcastically.
"I do I'll be Rose's fake boyfriend" Niall speaks seriously not showing a hint of playfulness.
"Are you serious Liam will know Rose is lying he wont believe the two of you are dating I think the best option is Jake and Rose to go together" Perrie replies making Niall's face sink into that familiar scowl of his.
"I don't know Perrie I think Niall and Rose is the better option they've known each other longer and Liam knows they get along so something was bound to happen if you know what I mean" Eleanor protests against Perrie's idea of Jake.
"I agree with Eleanor for once" Niall replies joke fully
"Of course you do because I'm right" Eleanor flares back at Niall.
"That's not fair two against one we have to at least let Rose vote right Rose" Perrie pouts
"Uh.. I don't know this is all so sudden I didn't think you would all come up with something so quickly so I'm quite caught off guard right now " I answer
"It's easy Niall or Jake who do you prefer" Eleanor replies returning the spotlight back to me again.
"Uhhh I choose.." I can feel everyone's eyes all around me. This is not an easy decision and I cant answer so quickly I need time to process all of this. Niall is sweet funny honest caring and my eyes aren't able to resist those ocean blue eyes that I have become so fond of. Jake is a understandable thoughtful dependent guy and I did like his hairstyle. I realize I've left Perrie Eleanor and Niall waiting for a few seconds returning back to my answer I'm able to say.
"Niall" in a whispered tone unsure if the three of them heard me.
"See I told you my plan made more sense Perrie"
"Alright,alright we have step one down now step two and this is my cup of tea" Perrie gleams
I can see through the corner of my eye Niall staring at me. He doesn't respond to my answer at all and that makes me anxious. Is he surprised or disappointed maybe this is a bad idea bringing Niall into this devious crime where one steals a true heart but portrays it as a false.
"For step two we need to go to the mall and you have to come blonde boy" Perrie speaks eagerly escaping myself from my thoughts.
"What for" Niall asks looking confused
"You need a tux and you need a dress" Perrie points at us with a bright smile gleaming on her face.
"It's just a ball we don't need to go all out you know that right?" Niall says looking irritated now
"If your going to be a couple then you must look like one" Eleanor says supporting Perrie
"Please tell me two aren't getting us matching outfits" Niall pouts
"No just the same color so calm down" Perrie adds
"I haven't got paid yet so I don't have any money with me right now" I finally speak up
"Well when do you get paid or we can today and you pay us back" Eleanor suggests
"I can't let you guys do that" I reply back with guilt showing all over my face.
"It's not a big deal lets go it's already getting late we'll all carpool in my car" Perrie shouts standing up from her chair.
We all begin to get up from our seats and throw away our empty drinks in the trash can heading to the front entrance. Perrie's car is breathtaking it is a classic red corvette I have always seen these in 80's movies but didn't believe they existed.
"Eleanor you drive I'm afraid I'll scratch up Zayn's car" Perrie shouts
So this is Zayn's car I must say he does have good taste. He sure is trustworthy of Perrie for letting her borrow his car. I picture Zayn telling Perrie making sure nothing happens to it and him hesitating giving her the keys it makes begin to giggle softly.
"What are you so happy about?" Niall turns to me
"Nothing just dreaming again" I smile back
"And one more thing from this day on you two are a couple so you have to hold hands call each other pet names get to know each other more you must act the part so this is you're rehearsal time" Perrie turns to Niall and I grabbing my right hand and his left hand intertwining them again.
Perrie and Eleanor enter the front seats and start the car while Niall and I enter in the back seat waiting to arrive at the mall with our hands still connected as one.
