Pucca: True Feelings

Garu woke up to the sun seeping through his curtains. He groaned, sighing. He could tell it was early. The sun position was all it took to let Garu know what time it was. It was only four in the morning. He pulls himself out of bed, yawning. He thought about sparing with Abyo but, he the thought about just meditating than trying with attacks alone. He got out if bed getting ready into his usual clothes.

  Garu fed Mio than sat down by the cat eating an apple while his cat had his usual cat food. Garu's thought trailed back to Pucca making him smile. Garu heard a meow. He looked at Mio as the cat sat on his lap.

"What is it boy?" He asked. The cat purred and Garu thought back to Yani, it was Pucca's pink cat.  "You may go see her if you want." Garu whispered.

The cat left, letting Garu think about Pucca. He respected Pucca but she was just clingy. He finished his apple and got up. Garu left the house letting him mind think about training. He went to a field that was not that far from his house but, it was away from the bamboo forest. He walked to his favorite tree that he would always meditate at. Garu sighed as he sat under the tree.

  Pucca felt Yani lick her cheek  giggled."Yani... Are you hungry?" She asked. The cat meowed and Pucca opened her eyes. She was still tired but managed to get up. Mio was leaving from the window which made Pucca remember Garu . She was in love with him and will always be. She looked around her room sighing. She thought it was pretty childish to have Garu's pictures all around so she took them down when she was sixteen. She only had a plushie of  him and pictures of her and him together now.

  Pucca made her way downstairs as her uncles were opening the restaurant.  "Good morning, Pucca!" They all said in unison.  "Good morning!" She chirped. The three men smiled brightly a there before looking away from her.  "Umm, i was thinking about moving..." She trailed off as her uncles looked at her.  "Why would you want to move Pucca?" Ho asked.

  Pucca smiled slightly, clearing her throat. "I love you guys so much but I'm eighteen! I should probably have my own place but I'll still be working here!" She said. They nodded as they agreed.  "You should think about this wisely, Pucca. You can give us your answer of whether you're going to go through with this, anytime." Uncle Linguine said.

  Pucca nodded, knowing that she think a little more about her choice. She had the day off so she decided to see her best friend, Ching. But, first she wanted to see Garu. Pucca sped down the path to Garu's house. He lived alone when they met. She felt energy pierce through her as she got closer. Pucca was to see her crush once again. She knocked on the door again. "I wonder where Garu is..." She mumbled. Garu walked up the stairs and froze. He had come back to his house to start training.

  Pucca sighed, annoyed. She wished she could see Garu just right now. She turned to see Garu looking at her. Her eyes lit up in delight and he knew she was going to kiss him. He didn't try to run, he just took it. He was tired of running. Pucca kissed his lips making Garu blush. He gripped his hands fighting the urge he had.Pucca continued to kiss his lips,smiling.

  Once she stopped, she got up giggling. Garu sat up, growling. He hated himself for not telling her his feelings.  "Good morning, Garu!" She squealed.  "Morning." He said getting up. Garu walked into his house feeling Pucca's eyes on him. He stopped blushing and disappeared into his house. Pucca waited for him to come out, feeling happy.

  Once Garu shut his house door passing Pucca. She followed him as he tended up. He didn't like the feeling of her being so close. He didn't exact to lose control letting his feelings be known. Garu saw Abyo with Ching walking towards them. "Pucca!" Ching yelled running passed Garu. He looked at Abyo, smiling. "Want to spar,Garu?" Abyo asked.  "Sure." Garu said shrugging.

  Garu pulled his katana along with Abyo. They began sparring, till Abyo ripped off his shirt giving Garu a chance to kick him into the bamboo trees.

  Pucca was sitting with Ching in the porch of Garu's house.  "I was thinking about moving into my own house." Pucca said. Garu overheard but he didn't stop sparring with Abyo.  "Why? I thought you liked living with your uncles?"  " I'm eighteen and you even live with Abyo! I want to have a place to myself or with someone important like Garu!"

  Garu blocked Abyo's attacks easily, letting him luck Abyo rift back into the bamboo trees. 'She wants to move into her own place or even.... My house... This could be a chance to tell her my feelings.' Garu thought smiling.

  Garu dodge Abyo's next attack, smirking. Garu thought back to all the memories he'd had with Sooga Village. Pucca ran off with Ching leaving the two boys alone. 

  "So Pucca's thinking about getting her own place?" Abyo said.
  "I overheard too."
  "Or that she could live with you."

Garu looked at Abyo, blinking. "Do you want to go have a few drinks?" Abyo asked.
